I wish I could give a better review because it?s got this sweet green vibe of fresh/healthy food but it?s literally below... average taste, freshness, and the bowl combinations are not worth it. First time trying Happy + Hale! I am glad they have added a location in North Raleigh as the area lacks healthy options. I got... the Thai Chicken Crunch bowl, and I can say that it was pretty good. I would prefer that there be a little bit more chicken inthe bowl considering it was about $15. The bowl was pretty filling and used fresh ingredients. I would definitely go back to trymore menu items since there is such a wide variety. Overall, I would only recommend if you have the budget to spend $15+ on asingle meal. Read more

The food is so fresh and delicious! Excited for this new option, definitely a great alternative to greasy fast food. It?s quick... but with great dishes you don?t see at other places. Came with my kids and they all found something they liked! The dragonadewas a favorite and the workers were all so nice and helped with recommendations. Read more
