The food itself isn't too bad but you will wait at least 30 minutes longer than what they tell you. It takes so long to get your... food that it isn't even worth it to order from them. The workers are nice and they do their best, but they are just super slow.I never order from them anymore because of how slow they are. Read more
The wait is ALWAYS longer than you expect. Plan an extra 15-20 minutes at least. GrubHub said it was a 12 minute wait. Ordered... lunch for my break. Waited for 20 minutes past my pickup time, only to be told that they are still over 100 orders behind. I wasnot able to wait for another 30 minutes because they were having issues. If I could give it a negative star I would. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 sandwichs that wasn?t very good. The system there... seems to be set up to prioritize GrubHub orders - so my recommendation is if you really wanna eat here on an app even if youare standing in the food court . After I brought it to their attention that I was still waiting for my sandwich - afterwatching everybody before me and after - they just said they were working on it. I finally got my son?s sandwich, but then hadto remind them there was still another sandwich I was waiting on. I asked for a refund - they said it was coming . Aftercontinued waiting I even considered leaving and not getting a refund because I was tired of standing in a Jason?s Deli. It?suseless to complain because the level of management, given this is a University food court. None of the people working seem veryconcerned about the situation. This situation may be specific to that location, but I probably will think twice going to anotherstore again. Read more
Waited 1 hour 20 minutes for my chicken sandwich. Turns out they lost the order receipt. Employee lies about having order... receipt when I ask what the progress is instead of just asking for what I ordered. I don't know why I even bothered eating here.Don't waste your time at this place, this isn't even the first time its taken me forever to get my order. Read more
The food is probably the best that you can get in Talley provided you have the time to wait for it. It takes a ridiculously long... time to get food here, and sometimes they forget to tell you when your order is finished. Haven't been late to class because ofthem... yet! However the Chicago Club with added onions is pretty good. Read more
Slow service even when I'm the only person in line mid-afternoon. The turkey wrap has a great flavor and the ingredients seem to... be of good quality. But for almost $6 the wrap is made entirely too small. I?ve now purchased food from here three times, eachtime it was made by a different employee and yet every time the wrap is still small. Also, the menu at this campus location isa bit different than the menus for other Jason?s Deli locations. If you look at an online menu it says their sandwiches andwraps come with a side, but here at the NCSU Talley Student Union Jason?s Deli you have to pay extra for a side. Read more
Food is great, if it's made right. Over and over my sandwich has had the wrong ingredients. The service is super slow, like... 15-20 minutes for a simple sandwich. And the cashiers speak little English and can not be understood. Could be alot better. Read more
Stood there 30 mins waiting for service with nobody ahead of me just to order and find out they don't accept Jason deli gift... cards....? Not sure how you are a Jason's deli when you don't accept gift cards purchased for that establishment what a shamefuljoke Read more
