Ordered a turkey unwhich w extra provolone. Sad little thing. One slice of turkey , really? What a waste of money. No need for... the corporate folks to ask me to fill out more info so you can inform the local owner. It?s on y?all to address this; I?vealready said my piece. My daughter order lunch for me and her sisters and the whole order was wrong. If I lived closer, I would have bought everything... back. How in the world they put jalapeños peppers on my sandwich and I requested banana peppers. They didn?t put the lettuceon, and for me to have a foot long, they put (2)pickles on my sandwich. No cheese was on any of the sandwiches and my youngestdaughter requested for only meat and cheese. I won?t be back. And if you are ordering more than one sandwich, ( you probablywill need to be there and make sure that they fix it correctly).Because obviously taking an order on line is hard for them toremember, even though it?s printed. My kids highly recommended Jimmy John?s and so our family got together and tried it. At first I wasn?t so excited, telling... myself that kids simply want to hang out here with their friends. I ordered one of their new and summer menu. Whoa! First biteis really terrific. Loved it. Of course, when you see your kids enjoying their meals, it also brings simple happiness. It takes a lot for me to be in awe of every day customer service but I had to stop and give a hearty and grateful shout out to... the entire team of Jimmy Johns in Brier Creek. I am usually there now weekly (budget permitting) after my son's Taewondoclass. It is no secret that there are staff shortages across most businesses these days. Often the shortages are severe. JimmyJohn's is no exception. But despite this reality the team has given outstanding customer service. They are all pleasant andeager to get you fed as quickly as they can. They smile (which is a lost art) and work so that the sandwiches are made to order,fresh and delicious. Myra, Justice and John are standouts, as are all the team members whose names I don't know. DON'T ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION! Love Jimmy Johns in general and have almost always have speedy deliviery/take out and... delicious food from the locations in South Durham and Chapel Hill Twice now ordering delivery from the Brier Creek location itshowed up more two hours after ordering and arrived soggy and falling apart. I get there is a worker shortage and things may bedelayed because of that....but it gets to a point where if you can't actually deliver "freaky fast"...you should limit theamount of delivery orders you can take. Don?t go here during lunch time!!!!! Placed an online order. Waited over 30 minutes for the tracker to say ready for pick up. It... never changed so I decided to just go there hoping my food would be ready. Got there and from start to finish 1 hour and 30minutes later after checking on my food twice and watching multiple people walk in and place orders and leave with their food Iwas finally handed my order. Never again!!! They need a better system or something. If you are on a time limit don?t go herebecause they are freakishly Slow!!! Read more

This location always takes forever. Online orders take well over an hour and a half to be delivered. I work in the same plaza?... went in today to get a sandwich in store and was told it was over a 20 minute wait for in store orders. What happened to FreakyFast? Read more

They are going to have to do better. Today my sister and I visited and it had been a minute since I had the well known tasty... subs. I don?t know what so got today?! It didn?t even taste like a Jimmy?s sun, no vinegertte, too much Mayo, and it one thingsmelled a tainted/spoiled. Not sure if it was the cheese or the Mayo. The guy at the front counter had on shades I?m assumingbecause he may have been either high unless his eyes were dial aged or something. It?s a travesty because I know JJ?s can dobetter than this. Not sure if I?ll ever be a customer again, complete let down. Note to owner if you can?t find anyone thatcares about working there even for some side change just close the facility don?t make your customers suffer. I wish I couldhave given this 0 stars.
