The girl working today, Sunday 9/11/22 lunch time at self check-out needs Customer Service training in order to perform her job... to even meet expectations. I highly doubt she will ever be assertive enough to exceed them! I encountered a faulty card readerthat kept declining my transactions, on 3 different cards. I knew I had plenty of funds and that the machine was faulty,however, she kept insisting quite loudly 'it's not the machine, it's your card Ma'am'. Then we tried her register and it wentstraight through. No apology or empathy just a look of disdain on her face! Is it because I am wearing expensive jewelry and amwell spoken? Was it a game to her to enjoy my embarrassment? It felt like it. Educate your employees, or perhaps pay more to geteducated and courteous staff. The customer is always right. Perhaps she's too self absorbed to realize that I, among others, payher wages. I will be taking my large grocery and floral budget elsewhere. Your loss Lowes. Read more

I have been frequenting this Grocery more often lately and had a truly wonderful experience Sunday. I had the pleasure of... looking through the floral section for a bouquet. Thea spoke up and asked me if I needed any help. She was more than happy tohelp me pair smaller bouquets to make a lovely picnic bouquet for later that day! Fresh food especially the strawberry feta salad and anything from the deli. The freshly baked chocolate chip cookie assortment... are all "indescribably delicious."
