Got there and waited in line behind 13 other people for 20 minutes only to find out they had lost my order. I was the 3rd person... who was told their order was lost. In the 20 minutes wait not one single person left with a pizza although there were 7-8 peopleworking and pizzas coming out every minute. Worst experience ever. I canceled the order at that point because they had no ideawhen I would get my pizza if they put another order in. Read more
While the pizza is good. The service has been pretty terrible lately. The hours on their website are never correct, even though... their message system directs you there for info. The past 4 orders I've put in online either have been kicked back or acceptedand then I was called to say they weren't taking any more orders. I called the order in this past time and the guy on the phonewas incredibly rude and acted like I was annoying him the entire time. We confirmed that I would pick up at 9:30.. and thenproceeded to tell me that my oder would be ready to go in 15mins. I reconfirmed I would be there at 9:30 and then hung up on meafter confirming the time HE offered me. At exactly 9pm (they close at 10 per there website), and left a voicemail saying theycan't make the pizzas I chose and askedme to call back to change the order. I called back 4 minutes after and they had turnedtheir phones off and I got the voice message they were closed . If you don't want to make food later at night- dont post hoursthat day you do. I used to love Marco's but the past few orders I've placed have been subpar, at best. The pizza hasn't been cooked throughly... leaving the crust limp. Aside from being under cooked they could not even cut the pizza for easy access. You could flip thepizza over and it would still be intact, aside from being upside down. There was no clear wedge to grab without using a knife. Iasked for well done wings and I could have made a sling shot with the skin. Disappointed! Read more
Ordered pizza at 7:18, it is now 9:20pm on a Monday and no pizza! The store closes at 9pm. There is absolutely no excuse! ... Marcos is a favorite for my children, but never again. We always participate in the school fund raisers, never again, and Iwill lobby the PTA to find another partner. The food was to arrive at 8:10, children are screaming. Called twice and still nopizza! Seriously pizza no sauce add cheese! How difficult is that? Never again, we have been a loyal customer since theyopened, never again. I would rather deal with Manhattan, Papa John?s, Pizza Hut or Dominos - they have better customer serviceand deliver on time or with in reason! If you lost my order fine, if it did not come through fine - do not lie about it is onthe way and still 30 minutes later, not here! Ordered a pizza (meatlovers), approximately a month ago. Unfortunately, the order was done incorrectly so of course I called... back and was offered a free pizza to make up for the mess up. I was told by the manager that all I would have to do is tell themmy phone number and the free offer would come up. Well upon calling I was told by the manager that there was no such offer for afree pizza under my phone number and after he continued to go hmmm and uhhh...for so long I just told him forget about. I don'thave time to make up that I am owed a pizza. Marco's doesn't have to worry about me patronizing them anymore! I believe in youdoing what you said you would do! Read more
We tried Marcos for the first time and was amazed how good it was. The crust was great, the toppings were very plentiful and the... sauce was very good. It was seriously one of the best ?chain? pizzas I?ve ever had. All of my family members agreed that it wasvery good. If that wasn?t good enough, we caught a sale! Large was $12.99 which are usually $16.99. We just found our new ?go topizza? Oh yeah, the meatball subs and Greek salads were wonderful too. Read more
The small pizza was approximately all crust. And be sure you have a coupon or your price will be sky high. When they say 10... minutes, give them 20. And if you?re looking for friendly, try Jet?s or those adorable kids at the new Manhattan Pizza. So Ifilled out their online form and no one ever reached out but, all the same, we tried again... Pizza and service were muchbetter. I got my coupon online. I'm adding one star. We'll give them another chance soon. They may make the move up to fourstars. Read more
