I see a lot of negative reviews, but I've never had an issue with this location. It is actually my favorite McDonald's in the... area. The staff is always super friendly and they work hard. Lowkey this was the craziest mcdonalds. It took 10 minutes for 4 nuggets and theres like 10 14 year olds working there that... aren?t focused at all they just play around. Dont get me started on the smell and sticky floor. In general just dont go there.Bad service Read more
This is one of my favorite McDonald's, I go here all the time. I go for lunch and the employees are awesome. But today I was... trying out their breakfast,early in the morning, the employees were rude and got my order all messed up. Last thing I want isattitude in the morning . If I could have given zero stars I definitely would have. Got there 10 minutes before they started serving lunch with my two... year old granddaughter for chicken nuggets last Sunday after church. The young man was rude telling me they were not servinglunch yet, rude by the way he said it. I pulled out of line, waited the 10 minutes, then ordered again, same young man madeunnecessary ?smart A - -? remarks to me. When I left with my granddaughter?s happy meal of chicken nuggets, opened everythingand handed it to her in her car seat there was a BUG in it and she started screaming!!!!!! I?m well aware that this is fast food & at this location my expectations are LOW. That doesn?t excuse employees from being rude... and rushing everyone that order in drive thru. If they?re priority was customer service & not time, they would probably getbetter rates. I was rushed ordering which lead to my order being wrong. After getting breakfast from here, I now remembered why I don?t come this McDonalds. The prices at this location are ridiculous.... I absolutely told the lady in the drive-thru, I hope you all get paid more at this locations. She said the biggest complaintfrom a lot of customers are the prices. I had gone thru drive-thru for someone else's order, it was slow as usual, and I asked for hot fries but as you know they was... cold by the time I got to the window. Had to wait for them to drop more, soda was cold at least. The cashier did get the changeright this time. I don't like cold food that is supposed to be hot or at least warm. Read more
There spicy chicken sandwich was disappointing. Ordered it around 3:30 through the drive-through and got it in 10 minutes and... the chicken itself just tasted nasty. Like texture was just rough and not edible. I think I'll go to Wendy's In the future forthe spicy sandwiches. Read more
