I really just wanted to leave a review to mention one of the workers, Brenda. She is one of the kindest people I?ve met, and is... always so joyful and cheery during her shifts. She really makes my day when I see her and one of the main reasons I continue togo to this particular location. Awful customer service. Says open 24 hours and told us it was closed at 2 am. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes before... being asked ?you want me to take this order or not? and after placing the order was told ?oh we?re closer? Inside looked morelike a homeless shelter than a McDonald?s and was still not helped. Couldn?t tell the workers from the customers with theclothes that were worn by both parties. I very rarely leave reviews but couldn?t pass this one off. The entire crew workingOctober 10th 2022 at 2 am looked absolutely strung out on whatever substance was being used and couldn?t even operate theequipment to communicate with customers trying to place an order. Worst Service EVER!! I will foam from my mouth from hunger before I EVER eat there again!! Care for anything else, sounds a lot... better than anything else repeatedly! Get to the pickup window and the guy throws the sauce towards me and it hits the ground.He sighs in disbelief and gives me only 1 with a 10 piece. Staff at drive through was alittle annoyed with the fact we were using the drive through and had to wait a while before we could... get food. We watched people go in and get food and leave quicker than us in drive through. The food was ok cold soggy fries butits McDonald's hit or miss sometimes maybe they were having a off night. Read more
