SLOWEST...MCDONALDS...EVER! I'm still in the drive-thru. Been here for 30 minutes (there were only 2 cars in front of me when I... pulled up). This is my experience every time I come here. I'm convinced that the lady on the intercom left her headset on justso we could hear her sighing. When I finally got to order, the lady cut me off mid order, gave me a total, and said to go to thesecond window. The older lady at the window was a sweetheart. I feel bad that she has to work with people like that. Edit: Iordered a Double quarter pounder with cheese meal. They just gave me a regular quarter pounder. Smh...this place sucks. Read more

Placed a mobile order but never completed it as the line was wrapped around the building (as usual). Got a receipt in my email... about an hour later. Called and spoke to the manager who argued with me the whole time and told me he didn't have a boss. Hefinally gave me the franchisee's number, but apparently he can't be bothered either. Thankfully my bank has more integrity thanthese folks do and they refunded my money since this McDonald's couldn't be bothered with taking care of customers. Read more
I know all FF places are having issues with quality. But this morning you got it right. That lady at the window was simply... awesome and should be given given a raise for her wonderful attitude. That type of thing matters. Food was actually done right,fresh. Read more
This McDonald?s is by far the worst I?ve experienced from horrible customer service to undercooked hamburgers. Do yourself a... favor and find another location unless you want to get sick from a pink burger. Also if you?re in a rush don?t bother going tothis location, employees are on the phone or messing around in the back. Hire some staff with common sense! Read more
I went to pick up a móvil order and a child came to get his free burger with his mobile app and it was raining . So I offer to ... help the little child and I told her I will pick up my orders and another and she refuse to help me I told the child to be onfront on me and she was yelling the child because he can?t get the order mobile when he only ask for his free burger the móvilapp give him on his app? the is dark skin and her hair it was red long hair ? she don?t want to give me her name but someonetells me she is the manager..
