The portly gentleman in the blue shirt at the second window made us pull around to get our order. Only for our fries to be cold... and slimy. The woman that brought our food out put her hand all over the inside of the bag before giving it to us. Gross!! Please drive to a different location. This place the food is always disappointing. I complained to the organization and nothing... changes. Fries are cold and brown, quarter pounder is sloppy ????.Someone should contact Food Administration because I am surethis location should be out of service. The good reviews are FAKE. Clean place. Not busy at all. It was the first time I'd ever seen a McDonald's offering to sell you an 8 lb bag of ice. I don't... know why that is. I don't know what could be near this McDonald's that would make them want to sell an 8 lb bag of ice. Read more
It is one of the best McDonald's in the Raleigh area. Quick service, very respectful workers including one of the managers by... the name of Prince. Great place to eat. It is highly recommended. Read more
I was having difficulty placing a mobile order with a free item used by my points (I was in store). The young lady ringing up... (later found out it was the manager on duty) told me just to "submit it" and they'd figure it out. I tried to tell her my freeitem was not on there yet but she told me to submit anyway. So I did. And I was charged for the FULL meal and my free item cameseparately which I did not want. She proceeded to tell me that she never told me to submit and that I did it wrong. I tried toexplain to her I did exactly as I was told despite telling her it wasn't ready and she began yelling at me. I told her firmly,without yelling back, that she will not yell at me nor will she have this attitude with me. She threw a tantrum and stormed outof the store yelling to the rest of her staff "I can't deal with this. You all need to deal with this". Mind you, NONE of theother staff were managers. No one knew what to do. And I felt so bad for them. They began apologizing for their managersbehavior, which is so sad to see. An employee should never be put into a position to have to apologize on behalf of theirmanager and should never be put in a position to take over managers duties in such a way. Needless to say, I still had to payfull price AND I lost the 6000 points from the app I used on top of being treated as poorly as I was. Read more
We ordered inside and still waited about 20 minutes for our order. The young lady was busy entertaining her bf or friends at the... side door. Petting a dog and allows the young man to come inside with the dog. Never did she wash her hands or use handssanitizer. Read more

Just go around the corner to the McDonalds on Creedmoor/Strickland for better service. Came to this McDonalds 12/2 at about... 1030am. The lady talking at the drive thru spoke with me rudely simply because I wanted breakfast. She lied to me initiallysaying that they're not serving breakfast as if I haven't been to McDonald's before. I know breakfast is all day long. When Imentioned that, she still denied me breakfast because they only had one staff member on the grill. I understand beingunderstaffed, but there was no need for the extremely rude tone as if I'm the inconvenience. I was inconvenienced as well byhaving wasted my break going here and not getting food.
