Ordered a adobo chicken bowl...only problem not one drop of chicken in this bowl....unfortunately I am not vegetarian.
They gave me a fantastic burrito for my birthday and my husband really enjoyed his. Nice atmosphere.
I placed an online order and waited over 45 minutes and when I asked if they were making my order I was told ?we?re making it in... the back? they were in fact not making it in the back. They continued to take people?s orders that walked in long after I was inthe store. I waited 20 minutes after speaking to someone and was not looked at or acknowledged. Took 24 mins to get food. That counts the time I entered the line until I paid. It appears the staff prioritizes online orders... vs in store. The staff needs to be restructured so online orders are handled by an entirely different team and process. It'sunprofessional to make people that are present in store wait because of an order that was submitted online. The staff need helpwith better in store processes.
