Ordered a adobo chicken bowl...only problem not one drop of chicken in this bowl....unfortunately I am not vegetarian.
They gave me a fantastic burrito for my birthday and my husband really enjoyed his. Nice atmosphere.
I placed an online order and waited over 45 minutes and when I asked if they were making my order I was told ?we?re making it in... the back? they were in fact not making it in the back. They continued to take people?s orders that walked in long after I was inthe store. I waited 20 minutes after speaking to someone and was not looked at or acknowledged. After 5 groups of people hadplaced their order and left I gave up and left. Very disappointed, I will be going to the Moes in brier creek. Read more
Took 24 mins to get food. That counts the time I entered the line until I paid. It appears the staff prioritizes online orders... vs in store. The staff needs to be restructured so online orders are handled by an entirely different team and process. It'sunprofessional to make people that are present in store wait because of an order that was submitted online. The staff need helpwith better in store processes. Placed my order online at 4:30pm to ensure that it would be ready so I would have ample time to pick it up on my lunch break at... 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:35pm, and my food was NOT waiting on the shelve. The cashier asked "is it not on the shelve? Wellapparent not, I'm asking you for it. I failed to mention, prior to arriving, I spoke with Sophie to ensure that my order wasreceived and to make sure that the extra chicken that I paid for would be included with my order, because my last two orders wasmissing the extra $2.59 chicken! The staff did try to find the order while assisting other customers. Finally , someone with ablack shirt came out and asked me for my order number, I gave him the order number, asked where was Sophie, he stated that shewas in the back, he was just coming on, and would get my order prepared. 15 minutes of my lunch break spent looking for myorder, 5 minutes of them looking at each other, and 5 minutes to prepare my food is too long to wait for an order that wasplaced an hour in advance. We absolutely love Moe?s! And this is our favorite location. The staff is so friendly and work extremely fast even though I know... they are short staffed sometimes. We go just about every Sunday since kids eat free:) Thanks for amazing and courteousservice!!! Read more
The food is good. As far as customer service goes don't expect to get anything from them except for them to make your food and... check you out. The location is nice and the inside is clean. Read more
Make sure to go on Monday for the $7.99 deal with a burrito/bowl and a drink! Do a homewrecker too since guac is included.
