Staff was very friendly first and foremost. I know you may be thinking about the prices for a meatball place is kinda high, but... let me tell you, it is worth it. Food is AWESOME. The meatballs, to me, are the right size. Also, they give you big portionsfor sides. Let me suggest the collard greens. Overall, if you are looking for the perfect meal that is the right amount of foodand tastes great, this is the place. Again, the price may be too much for some, but if you try it, trust and believe you willbe coming back. Read more

We were hungry after our original plans were scrapped, so completely random choice. But glad we did! Reasonably priced for a... downtown establishment. We both ordered sliders so we could mix & match the meatballs/ sauce. All were hot & delicious. Thecheese curds and chorizo Mac & cheese were also fantastic! Drinks did not disappoint! Very happy we stumbled into this place...From Chicago! Read more

Overall really good, even if it's a little overpriced. The food was good and the atmosphere even better, it's very cozy and... relaxing, it feels like a place where you could grab a bite and hang out for a while. I unfortunately didn't get to try any ofthe drinks but the few I saw come out looked great. I had the pork belly Mac and I definitely recommend it, the rich cream Macis only made better by the smokey pork belly. If you're in the area and looking for a more unique place to eat, this is the spotfor you. Read more

Chill and low key vibe with a good selection of drinks. One of the guys there was super engaging and interacted with customers... in a lively way. I think he’s the owner? The spicy meatballs with parm cheese and roasted green beans was super yummy. Alreadyeager to come back! Read more

Absolutely love this little hidden gem. I have been here many times over the few years years prior to covid and recently have... been traveling back in town for work and this was one of my first stops! Sad to see reduced hours and no lunch so support themcoming out of this pandemic so I can go back for lunch!!! Excellent bourbon and whiskey selection as a cherry on top! Read more

We started off with the garlic cheesy bread because I cannot say no to cheesy bread. It was great, but we did not need it. We... ended up taking half of it home to save room for the rest of dinner. Traditional meatballs were really good. I loved theParmesan risotto. I could go back and just get that. My husband got the pesto sauce, and I got the Parmesan cream sauce. Pestowas super fresh and really complimented the meatballs. The parm cream sauce fulfilled all my comfort food dreams. The only thingI’d say is the Parmesan cream sauce is heavy (as it should be, it’s cream based) so just be prepared for that. Read more

Walked in on a casual Friday evening, the restaurant about 80% full, bellied up to the bar and was greeted by Matt, poured a... water and after a quick glance of the menu, I decided on the sliders. I told him pick three of his favorites and let me knowwhat they were when they arrived. He had one question…” do you like hot?” I replied, “oh yeah!” So before I opened thegram to check this place out my order of three sliders arrived from Adam who set the simple plate in front of me, and describedwhat I was going to dive into. From left to right, the classic meatball with sauce topped with a ghost pepper cheese, middle wasa spicy pork meatball with a Parmesan cheese sauce, and the right was the daily special of a habanero meatball with more of thisghost pepper cheese. I quickly cut each in half to see what I was working with. Classic signs of a meatball. Slightly largerthan a golf ball on a pillow soft brioche bun these sliders quickly slid into my belly. The spicy pork was by far my favorite, but the first thing that hit me was the fact that these meatballs weren’t dried out, still tender, not chewy, but also notfalling apart. I’m not Italian, but maybe if call them a perfect meatball. The ratio of sauce didn’t over saturate the bun,the cheese buried and melted between the meat and sauce melded this into a perfect few bites per slider. So I finally made itdown to the habanero slider…but into it after making my way from the traditional to the spicy pork and expecting a wall ofheat to hit me like the defensive line of the UNC Tar Heels, it didn’t, it snuck up on me. But it was a smooth mellow heatthat wasn’t overwhelming and powerful as to take away from the overall flavor. But alas, Matt noticed my water glass was emptyand maybe the look of dispair on my face, filled it up. A massive whiskey bar with a solid dark wool and speakeasy vibe withEdison bulbs lighting up the room set the total vibe of this place. If staying at the hotels on Fayetteville St, do yourse Read more

Looking for something different? Then this place is for you. We were pleasantly surprised of the variety of different kinds of... meatballs, but also pleased with the different "non-meatball" options that they offered. We got a couple of their appetizers(garlic cheese bread, and cheese ravioli), as well as their Parm Cream traditional balls with mozzarella. The cheese raviolialone are worth the trip. They have plenty of outdoor seating as well, which was very important to us. Read more
