This location is regularly out of coffee. Ice machine is regularly broken. Odd thing was their kiosk hit me with a... bait-and-switch today: it offered 20% off a Take-Two order, and when I clicked to accept and use it, it told me the offer wasn'tavailable. Really odd. Read more

We love Panera but the curbside delivery at this location is insanely slow. I got the text that my food was ready on time, but... it didn?t come out until 15 minutes later! One of the items was a warm sandwich as well, which was stone cold by the time we gotit. If you want to eat here, you?ll have to go in. Read more

Great location and deceivingly large inside. The front door is in the corner of the shopping center and looks like it'll be a... tiny Panera Bread. Other than the entrance and lobby this place is very large. For some reason, the ordering area is all crammedtogether so it get pretty congested during busy times. I usually use the app and order pickup and this location always gets theorder correct and at the time requested. Read more

Menu items on board are deceitful. The whole sandwich and the U pick 2 price is listed. The 1/2 sandwich price is not on the... board but has it listed as such which is quite a bit more than what you are actually charged. The manager, who was behind thecounter but said she was off duty, explained that the company made the decision to be deceptive, but the customers are the oneswho are being grossly misled!!
