I always come here for pizzas. I ordered 5 pizzas yesterday, and they were poorly made. Very disappointing.

As I'm waiting for my breadaticks. I noticed the guy whose making the pizza doesn't have any gloves on. Last time ill come here

the pizza is ice cold. the driver just stopped at the end of my street so I had to go find him so he didn't even get it to the... door. I used cash for this so I can't get my money back. I will never order from here again . sorry but you have lost mybusiness. Read more

I used to be big on Papa until I started having issues with my orders. There have been numerous times where I have been... dissatisfied with how the food was prepared. When I request pies to be well done through online ordering... they send it outwith burnt crust. When I request regular bake...the ingredients(especially meat) is not thoroughly done. Sometimes I may get aremake and even then it's not much better than before. So I feel at this point I can no longer invest my hard earned money onsuch foolishness. Pies are meant to be tasteful, pleasing to the eye and satisfying to the gut and you would think that's thecase considering the prices along with taxes/delivery and tips involved!! So I ordered on the app 8:22pm, After 2 hrs I call and the guy tells me a DoorDash guy picked up my order. He had no drivers.... They didn?t think to call or text me that. Then they offered to remake the order and send again without a timeline. I said ifthere?s no guarantee I?m not going to keep feeding DoorDash employees that don?t call or text. So now I have to wait 5-10business days for a refund. Terrible! Left my whole team hungry and upset. Besides the refund they should take ownership of thissituation by offering to do the order complementary for my team! Read more

Have never had a bad experience here. They always get my order right and the customer service is great. I'm here often enough... where they know my name / order when I walk through the door. They also offer up coupons and discounts when available. ???? Read more

40 minutes to get a med pizza delivered to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites not even a half a mile from here. And the pizza is... barely warm more cold then hot. Pretty pathetic to deliver a cold pizza and 40 minutes later Read more
