There are two managers. One with red/pink black hair and the other is a male with a buzz cut. I just have to say, they are... terrible. They gave me attitude. I?ve been ordering from this location for 2 years. It used to be great, it?s gone downhill & I won?t be ordering anymore. I got... wings. They were hot, but so soft & mushy. I also said no contact delivery but the delivery driver proceeded to wait at my dooreven after I told her to leave it at the door through the ring cam. Read more
Very poor customer service. I ordered 2 medium pepperoni pizzas with extra cheese (and paid for the extra toppings), scheduled... the delivery and it arrived warm with no extra cheese. I politely called the store and informed them that it did not includethe extra topping that I paid for and asked for it to be redelivered. Bradley, the manager, came to the phone and asked me whatwas wrong and I explained it to him, and he proceeded to tell me that he knew it had extra cheese because he prepared ithimself. I stated that I've ordered from this particular location on multiple occassions and this pizza was not preparedcorrectly. He then told me I could come pick up the new pizzas because he would not be sending any free pizza out for me. Itold him that this was rediculous because the order was messed up, I paid the delivery fee (plus a tip), and he could pick upthe uneaten pizzas at my residence when dropping off the new ones. If I wanted to carry out, I would've done that originally.After arguing back and forth for a few mintues, he asked me for my address, but by then it was clear he did not want to help andI didn't trust that a new pizza would be delivered without it being tampered with. Needless to say, Bradley was very rude aboutthe whole ordeal, very unprofessional and I did not trust my pizza to be remade with him. I asked for a refund instead, and hetold me to "have a nice day" and hung up in my face. Corporate was contacted regarding this issue, and I will not be orderingfrom Papa John's again. Read more
As far as quality and tast is not bad, but as far as waiting time is terrible, if they say 15-20 min get ready to wait 45-55... min... their excuse with short handed.. What if you say the truth,"we're booked up and your order will take at least 45-55min.." people understand, it's much easier for everybody. Read more
I ordered a cheese pizza and cheese sticks. They gave us a burnt cheese pizza and a cheese pizza. I called them and said their... wait line is 1.5 hours. Don't understand why I would have to wait for pizza that they messed up. Just had my money returned andtheir pizza is going in the trash. This location was the best and now it's the worst. Read more
Hello everyone! I?m not sure if this is an issue anyone else has had and I?m more than willing to delete this review later on if... someone reaches me to me personally. However my husband and I ordered pizza on Sunday 11-6-22 and right after I ate it yesterdayI was having issues with my stomach and etc ( don?t wanna go into gross details) but as someone who works in the food industryit felt like food poisoning. My husband ate some today and has been throwing up for an hour and also has symptoms of foodpoisoning. So, I guess be careful of the pizza people! Read more
