We do not live in Raleigh but visit either the Cary or Raleigh location Today we visited the Falls of the Neuse location. The... manager ,Tamika maybe was very rude when When I asked a question. The pizza is great. But, the manager at 6106 Falls of Neuse should not work with customers. She is rude, arrogant, and... nasty. We will continue to get Papa Murphy's pizza; but, will avoid that location. Most other locations the people are sonice. Read more

Gentlemen named Eli was so helpful and very friendly! He made a great recommendation and didn't hesitate to answer my questions.... The store had a great atmosphere and was very tidy. The manager Tamika had so much energy it was hard not to walk away smilingwith my pizza!! Loved it! Read more

I really like Papa Murphy and the take out service they provide. I was roped in to going every Friday because of the 5.00... special. The pizza was tasty and the ingredients fresh. One time we even I ordered 10 at once. Even though that amazingspecial has ended, the kids love it. So today, we decided to go in to place an order for 8 pizzas. I'm not sure what is goingon but my wife was told that she would have to call ahead for an order like that. I was shocked because we have placed orderslike that before as walkins. They didn't even offer to take a smaller order either. I'm very disappointed that we ended upeating somewhere else tonight. Not the typical service we get there. Read more

Excellent customer service and the pizza is delicious! This was my first time visiting a Papa Murphy's Pizza. My husband... mentioned that they make your pizza fresh and prepare it for you to take home and bake. The portions of meat and vegetables ableare very generous and we had plenty leftover for two or more meals. The lady who prepared our pizza greeted us promptly uponentering and answered our questions and we decided on what to select. She was very friendly, courteous, and helpful and Ienjoyed our conversation as she prepared our order. My husband and I look forward to visiting this location again in the nearfuture. Read more

Great! It is very good, because you eat hot pizza. Versus picking-up and trying to drive like crazy to get home with it hot, or... wait for delivery that takes forever and get it warm. The variety of pizza is good, and the crust is Great! I recommend, I buyonly for me and a medium is more than enough. And the pizza tastes good even next day! Read more

However, there was an added ingredient that I didn't specify on the order. I found therewas red sauce/pizza sauce in the tray, when the ticket specifically said NO Pza/Sauce. When I called about the issue, Tamikaanswered the phone and was extremely aggressive and rude. She said that she made the order and that there was no red sauce. Ifurther explained that I was looking right at the food and there's the red sauce. Please see the photos. She then asked if Iwanted to talk to her boss, and Amanda came to the photo. She then said that SHE made the order and that there was no red sauce.Again, I explained that I was looking right at the food and there is the red sauce. I told her that I didn't know what else totell her because I was looking at it. I was not aggressive, I was not rude, and I was keeping my tone pleasant. Because I'veworked in food service and I know it's not the greatest because of COVID. There was no reason for aggression. I wanted arefund, but she could only do a free coupon, but that I would have to come into the store. She then wanted to know specificallywhat day and time I'd be coming in. Given I'm in the midst of planning a funeral, I couldn't give her specifics. She then saidto come in whenever. I asked her if she needed my name, she said "No" and that "She knew who I was", which honestly made meuneasy. This was an incredibly stressful experience for a simple issue.
