I love PCJ and I always get an iced vanilla latte however it's always hit or miss if it's going to be good. My first job was a... barista so how hard is it to pump syrup, pour espresso, and add milk? The mocha freezes are absolutely disgusting at thislocation - I honestly wouldn't even bother to order that. It tastes like dirt and water - literally. Read more
Everytime I visit Wilmington Port City Java is the first place I stop. I always get a large Mocha Shake and split it with my... husband. My yellow lab really appreciated the nice lady giving him a pupachino. Read more

Waited for over 35 for a simple Ham Egg and Cheese sandwich. Walked down to Starbucks 20 minutes after I order PCJ. I ordered... food(from starbucks), got it and ate it before my sandwich from PCJ was ready. Read more
I come here for the shakes but this location, park shops, is always busy and so wait time is long and the shakes come out more... melted than the less busy locations like the one at Engineering Building 2. Very nice staff though. Won't let you pick up atapingo yourself though so you must ask for it, but this is probably due to how busy it is at this location and peoplefrequently taking or stealing the wrong order. Read more
I waited for 35 minutes to get my food and coffee. I ordered 2 simple items, and after about 20 minutes of waiting, my coffee... was prepared but was the wrong coffee, and after another 15 minutes I had to go back and remind them that my order had not beenfulfilled. The manager acted as if I had been trying to get a free sandwich when in reality my order must have been lostsomehow. I saw people who ordered before and after me have their order fulfilled; I was clearly the only person still waiting onsomething, but the 5 people working at the time neglected to see if I needed anything. I came in around 925am. I walked to counter.and was asked did I have a GrubHub order. I said no. I was rudely told that I needed... to download the GrubHub App to reduce face time. But what did I want. I left. This is not the way to greet customers. I work tohard for my money to give it to people who do not know how to talk even civilly to customers. This indicates that I would havereceived over priced luke warm not fresily made coffee and a stale danish. No thank there are too many coffee and breakfastplaces to go. In this is was my McDonald's with fresh hot big breakfast and hot coffee. Starbucks would be a superior choiceover your place. Never again. Read more
