Our waitress was quick and thorough. It didn't take long to get our food either. The food was delicious too

Gourmet burger was tasty but expensive for what you got. Server did not come back often enough to replenish bottomless fries... and it wasn't even that crowded. Service was slow for an uncrowded evening. Bathroom floor was sticky and obviously notcleaned in a while. I'd rather eat at Five Guys... burgers with full range of toppings and best fries in Raleigh at half theprice. Read more

The Banzai Burgers were delicious as were the shakes. Both the regular fries and the sweet potato fries were fresh and hot, but... both were bland. Waitress only provided a single paper napkin. Banzai Burgers are messy and need numerous napkins. The hostessignored my wife's white cane and took us through a zigzag path through the large dining area and seated us at a table that wason a raised platform which was difficult for my wife to get seated at since she couldn't see the raised platform. After an afternoon of helping me move. My friend and I felt we needed to treat ourselves, after all that hard work we did.... ???? So, we decided on Red Robin. The staff was very sweet and the service was great. We both said, we weren't sure if we werejust really hungry, but those burgers were the best burgers, we've had in a very long time. The food was really good, our waitress was VERY nice and the server helping her was as well. Burgers were all juicy, fries were... all crispy. Only issue we had was trying to be seated, we had to go up and ask why people were being seated before us when wewere the only ones waiting before others came in. After talking with them we were seated. Their biggest problem is the factthat they've probably been under staffed by 70% for the last 2 years. You'll have only 8 tables with people in there and waitabout 20 minutes. If you go. Be prepared to wait. I am a royalty member and I went for my birthday burger. The restaurant was short on staff in the mid afternoon. It was not... busy and we had to wait for a table about 10 minutes which is understandable nowadays. The server was prompt and drink ordersfilled. The burgers were delicious but the fries were warm. It took a few more minutes to get the cheese sauce I ordered. Drinkrefills took longer than expected. A large party was sat nearby and needed a lot of attention at that time. The staff there is so nice and friendly. Plus the burger was so good! My birthday is in November so of course I had their... limited edition Scorpion burger. Plus the bottomless zucchini fries!!
