Had an amazing time celebrating our anniversary. I'm not a steak lover at all, so if I go to a steakhouse, I have hard to meet... expectations. Well, my expectations were met! The seasoning of my Cowboy T-Bone was AMAZING, and my wife had the Filet Mignon, which also was cooked perfectly. The Brussel sprouts were the best I've ever had, the garlic mashed potatoes were notoverpowering and were perfect (I'm not a fan of garlic mash potatoes normally). The broccoli was perfect as well. Food isserved piping hot as well. 5 stars all the way around. This chain had me going in with high expectations and we werepleasantly surprised that our expectations were not only met, they were exceeded. We will be visiting again. Read more

Ashley deserves 5 stars. She was attentive and knowledgeable about the food and drinks. I met the manager who is a true asset... to the restaurant. Food was mediocre and not worth my 70 mile drive. (Although the salad and avocado dressing was good, overall my entire meal was not up to par and only worth 3 stars in my book. The bread wasn’t hot nor presentable. It wassparsely placed in the basket. I complained and they brought a different basket of bread (see pic). The bread was not worth mecheating on my gluten - free diet. The salmon was cooked well and it was just ok. The crab cake was average. The creamedspinach tasted watery and not creamy. The lobster on the lobster Mac was severely over cooked (see pic) and not worth $35.00. I ate the food because I was famished. The valet gentleman was lovely, I tipped him well even though I parked on the streetand didn’t need to valet. I will not return. I was totally unaware that Charlotte has “The Palm”, which I prefer. I hadmany dinners at the original “Palm” in NYC on 2nd Avenue. The restaurant closed last year, although two locations remainopen in NYC. They consistently delivered amazing meals. Ruth Chris is franchised and inconsistent. Read more

I just had quite possibly the best birthday dinner ever! Samantha and Andrew were both top notch servers who were personable,... kind, knowledgeable, and fun. Felt like old friends by the end of my dinner...They were the cherry on top of my experiencetonight! The food was scrumptious... appetizer was Maryland crab cake which was all crab meat, not filler. Caesar salad was bigand so good but I couldn't finish it because I wanted room for what was the best petite filet I have ever put in my mouth andyummy au gratin potatoes on the side which were enough to share. Topped it off with this delicious chocolate duo dessert (moltenlava cake and chocolate mousse) and a tilted pineapple martini! All of which I highly recommend!!! First time Ruth's Chrisexperience and it was spectacular!???? Read more

It was wonderful. My honey bun told them it was our anniversary and the host flowered roses on our table after she seated us so... nice! And our food was emasculate! Honey bun thought her steak wasn't well done but in fact it was all the way done and stillJUICY! Wonderful experience! Read more

Ronnie was a great server! It was my first time going and went all out with the 3 course meal. She always seemed to stop by the... table just when I was finding myself needing anything. The drinks were fantastic. Had both the Manhattan and then the east sideManhattan. Very well crafted. Ronnie had a great suggestion for the garlic mashed instead of the broccoli. It may only be 8oz onthe menu but don't let the filet fool you. More than enough! So much so that I didn't even attempt the dessert that came withbut got it boxed to go. For all the single people out there, this is a good spot to go to enjoy a nice meal with feeling theneed to explain yourself on why you're alone. It was the best the night could be. Read more
