Great area of Sheetz gas station! Well organized, clean, and a calming environment!
I stop here regularly. The place is clean and inviting and the food is good.
So I had 2 really bad experiences with this new general manager they have. Wow it doesn't take much to be a manager there... evidently. I am in this store at least twice a day but I guess I am going to have to find another place to buy my breakfast,cigarettes and gas because I have called the customer service line and spoke to someone but was told someone else would becalling to let me know how this issue was going to be handled. Well let's just say it has been a week now and I have called tofollow up being told that my case was assigned and someone would be in touch but still nothing. We eat here occasionally and the food is okay. I can?t expect much since this is a gas station but I do believe you pay for what... you get. I recently tried their mozzarella burger for the first time and i was pleased. Customer service has always been goodwhen i check out. Store could use some cleaning but overall i think 3 stars fits this location. Read more
We love sheetz, but this location forgot our nacho cheese and when my husband went it to ask for it they said they had put it in... and basically insinuated we were asking for free stuff. My husband told them we had looked and there weren't any and the guysaid that if we wanted the nacho cheese we had to put our order back in the bag and bring it in (because he left me in the carwith the order and I had already started eating). So we had to repackage our food and in a third time to get our cups of nachocheese. For a place that sells convenience this was pretty inconvenient, and it just rude to assume the worst of a customer forno reason. This happened Dec 19th at 1.30 ish. Read more

Best Sheetz I've ever been to! All the staff is great and always trying their best even if sometimes they don't do amazing I... know they're trying so that's why I rate them 5 stars. Their bathrooms are always clean and frequently checked on. The food isalways very good and comes out quickly. Sometimes the cashier seems like he doesn't care but that's understandable becausethey're only human. Read more
Men's restroom is a mess. Clogged/full toilets, dirty mirrors and faucets.
