Good people work here but this Sheetz has the worst homeless problem in Raleigh. I frequent Sheetz all over Raleigh for a drink... or food. This store has NEVER made my orders correct. Today?s experience was my last straw. I walked inside the womens restroom:... disgusting. Toilet water (I hope) and paper towels, toilet tissue everywhere. Do y?all even clean/check the bathrooms? I leftwithout using and ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade with the strawberry purée in my cup and the frozen lemonade blended soit could have a ?swirl? look. The girl made my order wrong. It still tasted the same, but she gave me a ENORMOUS cup. I ordereda small. I would enjoy a extra size for free, but that?s not what I wanted at the moment. I asked her for my size and she saidit WAS my size. Hilarious!!! Each time I try to politely tell them my order is wrong, they will look at me with the STUPIDESTFACE and act confused yet right at the same time! Normally I never have problems at any Sheetz as they are the only gas station I trust, the gas was fine but forbid you want a... snack or need to buy something inside. Floors were sticky, after ordering my food it took over 25 minutes to receive coldchicken sliders and hot appetizers. It wasn?t that it was busy either, 2 small orders in front of mine. It was the fact theperson was making prepping one item at a time slowly, the other employee came over just to make my drink but then it tookanother 10 just to finish previous order. I didn?t bother making it to the bathrooms but if it?s anything like the sticky floorsI can only imagine what awaits in there. Read more
This store is DISGUSTING, if I could give it 0 stars I would. Drinks spilled on the floor. Coffee creamer on the floor, oh my... the list goes on. Trash on the floor and in the parking lot. I go to Sheetz often but this one not again. I?m literally scaredto eat my food thinking I?m going to find a roach in it. Come on guys do better because this is just straight nasty. Read more

I placed my order, waited about 10 minutes. My order was ready just sitting on the counter. The nice gentleman had to ask the... lady to give me my order. As usual, she was on her phone, on Facebook. And she didn't try to hide it, just kept scrolling andhanded my bag. No sorry, no eye contact, nothing. I will drive the extra mile for the Garner location from now on. Read more
