This is the worst sheets in the triangle area that I have been to ever, the coolers never have drinks in them properly stocked,... all the fountain machines are always broken, the lotto machine had been broken for months, the food is sub par, for example thebacon is never ever crispy it is always chewy and greasy, and today I orders a crisp chicken breakfast sandwich with bacon, eggwhites, and tomatoes, (wish I could put lettuce on it, but there hasn't been any for at least 3 months) and they forgot mychicken so I asked for a sandwich with chicken on it it and they lied and said they would make me a new one but just put a pieceof chicken on my sandwich and heated it up again which resulted in burning the bread, the management at this store really needsto be evaluated and possibly fixed and /or replaced it should be an embarrassment to sheetz as a whole with the way thisspecific store looks and is ran, unacceptable and they will no longer have my business Read more

Manager and employees were rude (accept one guy who was nice but didn?t know what was going on). Don?t know how their shifts... work but it was obvious this shift was a C or D-Team at best. Somebody needs to go to manager training so they know how tohandle issues instead of making excuses. Anyway, 1/5 because they have cheap gas (for now) and I can?t give them 1 star. Read more

Just spent 38.98 on lunch for my crew and after getting the food was told I had to pay for syrup. A 1oz pack of syrup. Not... extra syrup but a pack of syrup. The guy held up about 12 in the line for A PACK OF SYRUP!! SOMEONE PLEASE FIRE THAT GUY PLEASE Read more

So, yeah. Please, if you value your sanity, do not patronize the Sheetz on the corner of 401 and Ramble Way. See below for an... online review. Anyone who knows me knows that I am super low key, easy to get along with, always a smile on my face. There isalways someone trying to steal joy, lol. Now I see why they have a 3.8 star rating.. Alright I used to frequent this stationDAILY, as I am a mobile detailer and get gas and a snack when I finish, always the same Sheetz. The past three times I havevisited, either my food was wrong, or, yesterday, I wasnt given the fries I paid for, nor the sauces. It is a whopping $4.00,so I didnt think much of it..then, I thought, hey, Id like to receive what I paid for. I went in today, again, to get fuel andsome food. I spoke with the nice young man with glasses and he told me Id have to speak to the manager. I said it was no bigdeal, I just wantd the fries from yesterday with todays order..I went and got some energy drinks and paif for everything, andwas told by the super rude young black lady with glasses in the kitchen that "No receipt, no fries!". I was spending 40.00today, and 40.00 yesterday..I spend 1000.00 there a month..and she was acting, very rudely, like I was trying to grift Sheetzfor free fries. It left a bad taste, I wasnt trying to trick anyone and I can live without the $4.00 fries.. So, my order ismade, and the same young black lady put my food in the window, and called my number. She kept staring at me as I took it, andas I walked away, she screamed in the store, "YOURE WELCOME". All of this will be on the stores cameras. Embarrased, I walkedback and I asked if she really just said that..she saif, "Yes, and I am a manager. You snatched your bag". Huh? I am notabout to be judged and embarrased by "a manager" when I did nothing wrong. Ok, we are at the ridiculous point now. I came to this Sheetz the other day and well what I thought was the process to order two hot dogs on my Sheetz app. I could have... sworn that I placed the order. I waited for a few minutes to collect my order from the counter. My name or number was called. Iwent to the purchase counter to find out whats going on with my order. An employee named Kie Kie I guess she was the manager.She came out from behind the counter and explained the process of ordering from my app. She was so nice, professional at thesame time caring. Sheetz needs more employees like Kie Kie. Thanks again Kie kie. Read more

I went in to buy a couple of things about an hour ago. The young lady who handled my transaction was extremely rude. I greeted... her and she ignored me. I asked her if I did something wrong and her reply was I'm just trying to do my job. I was like mycustomer service skills are better than yours and I don't even work here. I treated her better than she treated me. The problemwith all of this is that it happened a few days ago and I let it go because I thought she was having a bad night but I guessevery night is bad for her. Management please look at the tape! Apparently this store needs attention from the corporate level. The store is disgusting! I noticed that the self serve beverage... centers have been broken for months as well as the soft serve ice cream machine. The same liquid has churning in these brokenmachines for months. I cannot imagine the grossness inside of them. I asked the cashier if they were going to ever fix themachines and his response was, ?I don?t know, I just work here!? Worst Sheetz I have ever been to!
