Signin front says "buy 2 Njoy ace pods and save $4. When it rang up it did not ring up with the discount, the cashier said first... it would probably do it after he totaled it, when it still didn't then he said I needed a Sheetz card. The sign doesn't say Ineeded a Sheetz card. So I just made my other purchase and he didn't give me a receipt! Read more
The manager and one of the employees here literally mocked and laughed at a poor Hispanic man who couldn?t understand him, and... then after he left started to make fun of him to the next customers in line, saying some truly heartbreaking things to hear besaid behind someone?s back like that. 08/24/2022 i had on black/white striped lounge wear for video purposes@ abt 10 pm 08/24/2022 white guy with red shoes sold me... cigarettes..but wouldn't sale alcoholic beverages to me without my id.Said he had to scan my license.Made absolutely no sense atall. I have been going to this Sheetz for over 2yrs and never ran into this.I came back with my DL with a different cashier andshe didn't even ask for id. He watched the scene play out and didn't come up to see if i had DL or anything.I asked the cashierwhy didn't she ask me for my DL and she stated b/c I look over the age of 21..I explained to this CASHIER of what just happenedand I asked for the guy in the red shoes name and she would not give it to me. I will be filing a complaint about this issuebecause that was very deceptive. The line is always long, there is no teamwork..everyone turns into a cook v/s helping thecashier get the line down especially when they get a "rush". The floors are disgusting by the drink station ,literally black andsticky with a wet floor sign. And the stock is horrible. I've ordered my food with a specific time frame, When I come to pick itup..normally before the time frame ..it is cold with no warmth as if it was made way to early and left for pick up..it was formy son so I just threw it out. MANAGEMENT ON DUTY WILL SEE A LONG LINE AND CARRY ON DOING SOMETHING ELSE OR NOTHING AT ALL.People are in the parking lot complaining about how slow this store is. ALL SHEETZ ARE NORMALLY CLEAN AND WELL RAN. I WILL BEFILING A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE MALE CASHIER AND HIS RED SHOES AND HOPEFULLY GET A HEALTH INSPECTOR TO STRAIGHTENED THIS STOREOUT. Read more
This place is always filthy. From the parking lot to the restroom, from the drink case to the check out, trash is everywhere and... the floors are sticky. They?re always under stocked and understaffed. I?ve never been to this Sheetz when I wasn?t disappointed. Read more
Although the food and service were pretty good. Being a former sheetz employee for over 5 yrs I was really disappointed on the... cleanliness of the parking lot & vestibule of the store. They were a total mess & the bathroom was, to put it nicely; needs alot of attention. TRAINING!! No one likes to do the dirty work however they need to do it..I worked at a continually GOLD starstore. Read more
Manager comes to the window with the bag of food and says, ?I thought your order was a JOKE?. Seriously appalled that she felt... the need to make that comment. Come home to see that the food was half filled. She shouldn?t be a manager/supervisor let aloneworking with the public. So unprofessional. This is literally the dirtiest establishment I have ever been in. Trash on every part of the sales floor. Bathrooms are... disgusting. I don't know how anybody gets food from this place. I stopped just to use the restroom and will never come here foranything else!! Read more
