Terrible experience. The cooks on that night shift should be ashamed of the food they bagged up for me. I ordered a simple... sandwich asked to add oil and vinegar on the sandwich. My whole bottom loaf of bread was soaked as in wet bread. I ordered somefried food as well and all I can say is change the grease!!!! The fries were cold and looked like the fries had been sittingout and soaking with oil. The French toast sticks were so over-fried there was no bread left in them it was just crunchy overfried food. Ordered food, waited 30 minutes and every customer in front of us had their order wrong. They told me they sent out my chicken... sandwich with the wrong order and have to remake it. However, another customer came back with my sandwich. They just rebagged myorder after it was opened by another customer! I ended up getting a refund after I was given 2 random sandwiches, cheese sauceand fries, instead of what I ordered. Read more
While waiting for our food order we witnessed every single customer in front of us come back with their bag because the food... they received wasn't theirs or something was missing from their order. Worst part is I didn't see them throw away any of thefood that was returned. They were just taking the returned food and passing it back out to other customers. We finally got ourorder after waiting 30 minutes and it was completely wrong. I didn't want to wait any longer and I didn't want food that someoneelse had touched so I got a refund. As a former restaurant manager I'm baffled by their lack of ability to bag even a singleorder correctly and disgusted by them taking food that had gone out, bagging it, and passing it back out to differentcustomers. Really bad experience at this Sheetz today. I paid for my gas at the pump someone must?ve had a card reader on it because less... than 30 minutes after that my card had been charged for a lot of money. after reaching out to my bank I reached back out tothe store manager just so that they could protect other customers by checking their pumps and making sure that nobody else?scard does not get scammed. speaking to the store manager and explaining to her I was not blaming the store but just trying tohelp them prevent other customers from the same experience the store manager was rude told me I needed to call my bank ( whichwas the first priority). Told me she would go out and check them I watched her walk out the store to go empty trash cans notonce looking at any of the pumps. Read more
Wish I could give 0 stars! Worst Sheetz location on the planet! My Wife and I were headed to our appointment at the DMV and we... were in a hurry. Stopped just to get a couple sandwiches. We were approached by a guy near the door wanting us to sign up tovote. Looked like my Wife was about to so I said "don't have time, gotta grab our food and go to the DMV" and the guy says "youdon't have to be so mean, fatty" right as I walked in the store. First off, he shouldn't have even been there to begin with.Second, I wasn't trying to be mean. Third, calling me fatty was highly uncalled for. And if all of that wasn't bad enough, wehad an issue with our food. I asked for EXTRA mayo on my sandwich and they put NO mayo on it. I would have gone back but we hadan appointment and didn't have time. How am I supposed to eat a dry sandwich? Read more
This Sheetz has the worst service and can never get my food orders correct. Every time I come in for a food pickup, I get... ignored by everyone and have to wait in line just to get someone's attention. Then almost every time they find a way to mess upmy order. They leave certain parts of my order out completely and I end up losing money out of it. Also they don't know how toput together a proper milkshake. I end up getting a cup full of ground up ice more than actual milk. This place is run by thesame incompetent girls every night. Worst Sheetz in Raleigh. Read more
This place is a wreck. Definitely the sloppiest sheetz I've ever seen. I've been here about 5 times over the past few months... every time the same scenario. Trash everywhere, some of the pumps dont accept cards so you have to prepay. Usually one registeropen and 4 employees goofing off in the grill area while about 5 to 7 customers wait to prepay for there gas. There not friendlymore like creepy. I took a pic outside this sheetz today because I couldn't believe that the inside had just as much trash lol.If all sheetz were like this I wouldn't even consider going there. Read more
I can no longer support this location. Order made incorrectly, and customer service person making the order was.... She shouted... she already told me to the nice lady at the register. Interesting because, when I informed her, she ignored me! Not to mentionin the week there is a rude security guard awaiting a lawsuit. He follows regular people not doing anything but, waiting fortheir orders around all the time based on discriminatory practices. He follows, and waits for the order at the pickup, and onthe line to pay. Read more
