If there was a negative star I would use it, I don?t recommend this burger place to anyone if you value your time. I placed an... to go order and after 30 min wait they still said that your order is not ready, and they had like 12 people waiting for theirfood plus tens of order online, and they serve online orders first seams like. So this is terrible service and they treatcustomers very poor. Don?t waste your time, find a better place to eat. Read more

Great alternative haven't been here since I went to Dallas a few years back
This was my first time coming to this restaurant. I enjoyed it. The food was fresh and the milkshake was amazing. KAT was very... helpful. She knew the menu like the back of her hand. The young lady at the register was nice. The wait was bad, the food was horrible. I got the triple smash burger combo, with... chilli cheese fries and a strawberry milkshake. I got my son a hotdog with fries, tater tots and a juice. There wasn't enoughfries, chilli was salty, my burger was ok. My sons hot dog was hard, his bun was hard, tots was mushy and they almost forgot thejuice. I WILL NEVER EVER EAT THERE AGAIN. Read more
We have enjoyed many meals at Smashburger, but the past several visits have been unpleasant experiences. We realize restaurants... are still short staffed, but if the owner cares about her business she or a manager needs to be present. The tables had notbeen cleaned and there were only 2 employees working, a cashier and a cook. The patties were burnt and the buns were cold. The onion straws were over cooked and the Brussels sprouts were charred on the outside and raw on the inside. Several patronsgot the wrong order and after waiting for the correction had to take it to the table themselves. The last time I was there Igot a salad, which was full of rotten lettuce. There is no quality control and the food that was once delicious is now mediocreat best. I have held off on reviewing Smashburger with the hopes that it would improve after staffing issues are worked out,but after leaving disappointed the last 3 times we won?t be back. Read more
