Absolutely horrible. The young lady at the drive thru took the order correctly. The employee that fixed the order screwed it up... not once, not twice but three times. Already planning to call whoever top management is on Wednesday. I was so looking forwardto that meal. There isn't one near me and I was excited to be passing one on my way back home. This place is not clean. And overpriced. The people in the kitchen and preparing the food were not wearing hair nets as their... dread locks flew everywhere.There was one girl taking food out who finally got caught up who took my order.No one else wasordering but me.I only got a side order of slaw which was $3.99 for a half pint.I got a refund because $4.26 is to much for adozen hush puppys.Hopefully no dread locks in the slaw..Inquired if the ones preparing food should be wearing hair nets. Driving by every weekend heading home to Upstate SC after working uptown Raleigh during the week. Finally the wife & I stopped... it and our bill was $29.97 for 2 pc. White chicken with pork slaw ff tea, 2 pc dark pc. Fried chicken with slaw & ff tea 1vinegar sauce , 1 red sauce ..,drive through quite busy , young lady at the window sweet, personable and friendly. Our chickenwas cold , and we barely had enough ff to fill the lil compartment in to go box. Hush puppies good but cold too. Justdisappointed for our 1st. Visit . Very sad they only had a 90 sanitation rating. This used to be a very clean Smithfield years ago. They have gone downhill now. I... didn't notice a 90 until after I ordered. If I would have seen that earlier they would have lost my business. I won't go backuntil they get like a 97. Read more

Today I was not feeling the bbq, it didn't have any vinager on on it so the taste was really not there for me today, it's like... they cut up tha hog and just put it on my plate..no ???? tha slaw was not as creamy as it usually is,. Went thru drivethru, only car in line, no one inside. Ordered two sandwiches and fries, $15.71. Got home and only one sandwich... and fries in bag. Looked like sandwich was thrown together and then thrown into bag. I returned to store and told them Iwanted my money back. Store manager returned $15.70. I started to my car and decided no, why give them even one cent to poorservice and no even a sorry for their screwup. I went back inside and said they still owed me a penny. The manager put anickle on the counter and said, 'here, don't spend it all in one place'. I went to my car, got 4 cents and returned to thestore and told him that I didn't need the 4 cents and I would never be back. On a slow slow evening, they screwed up a simpleorder, I made a return trip and they never even offered a 'sorry for the mistake.' I'll go elsewhere for my barbque! Read more
