I have purchased my coffee from this location and I am confident you'll receive great service too. My son and I ate next door... at Moe's and loved it. I shared with the burrito creator my son has secific food allergies, the gentleman immediately removedhis gloves to exchange and made sure others did so. We received excellent service at this Moe's and will return when feasible. I recommend both businesses fully. Read more
I uberEats the same exact order from a different Starbucks the day prior no issues, however from this location, my steamed hot... pumpkin spice latte was iced/cold and considering my nausea, throat closing and GI pain they used regular milk instead of theoat milk with NO whip cream I ordered. Thanks, I love going into near anaphylactic shock due to not completing the order asnecessary. Was only a few sips in when symptoms started. Walked put without making a purchase....4 people behind the counter, 2 people in line, 10 minute wait just to order - the math... adds up to poor service! Young men behind counter too busy talking to each other & casually standing around to serve in timelymanner. Maybe once upon a time Starbucks was so unique people would tolerate bad service....not anymore! Read more
Drink was only 3/4 the way filled and mostly milk. Never have problems with other Starbucks location.
I have frequented several different Starbucks in the Raleigh/Wake Forest area. I have found this one to be the most consistent... when it comes to the quality of drinks. Pretty much every Starbucks you go to the employees are very nice, however they don'talways do the best job on consistently making drinks taste the same. This location is my go to when I am working in the WakeForest area. I have literally driven past other Starbucks to go to this one. Not all chains are always the same at differentlocations. Whoever is managing this one is doing a great job at training their employees. Right now my favorite drink is theiced shaken espresso with brown sugar syrup. Waited approx. 10 minutes for a coffee -- only coffee -- tall Pike. I don't mind waiting but this is what I got - a mouthful of... grounds (see photo below). I've been going to this Starbucks for a long time, and usually very good service and product... butthe past 2 times not so good. Of all products, Sbux should be able to get the coffee right.... not good and disappointing but Iwill go back. Read more
I made the mistake of ordering bagels here this morning. I get that Starbucks can't bake their bagels in-store, but I was still... disappointed by what I got - 6 individually-wrapped bagels that looked like something you'd find in the bread aisle of a grocerystore, each with a production date of more than a month ago. Not surprisingly, they were very stale. If I'm going to pay $15 forgrocery store bagels, I'd at least like them to be somewhat fresh. Read more
