Extremely nice staff! Food was prepared well and coffee tasted great. However, I had to wait 16 minutes in line and I was only... four cars away from ordering. That?s extremely slow! Starbucks needs to do more to help their employees. They?re beingoverworked, and there?s obviously a lack of staff there. Starbucks needs to invest more in this location. It has enoughcustomers to warrant any expenses! Waiting in line for coffee for almost 20 minutes is ridiculous! They?re not even cookingfood there; they?re just heating up prepackaged meals. this starbucks has gone so downhill because i use to come here all the time and it was fine. the last few times we?ve been here... they?ve made our drinks wrong or just not what we asked for. you?d be better off going to the starbucks on stonehenge, at leastthey get it right. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. The employees are either prejudice or they just take pleasure in ignoring customers. They... will make eye contact with you and won't even ask if you've been helped. I had to yell at one of them for him to finally stop tohand me my order that was ready and was just sitting there. If they are going to ignore people then just put the name on theorder so it can just be picked up I would have done that but no name was on the order. Read more

Really nice young people. No rushing me when I wasn't sure what I wanted or when I needed time to look over the menu. No company... when I sent a drink back because I forgot to ask for chilled instead of hot. Very sweet to my dog. Gave him a puppacino. Goodcoffee. Read more
