I pulled up to this Starbucks at 6:15pm. They?re supposed to close at 8pm. The door was locked and no sign on the door. I wasn?t... the only one outside. There were multiple people trying the door. I understand about being short staffed but either put a signon the door saying that or change the hours. It was honestly just a huge inconvenience. Read more

I used to prefer this shop and had some great experiences with the baristas here, even when the coffee wasn?t made right. Today,... 5 people behind the counter, all of them talking to each other, no one in line, and the one person that does greet me does soto yell at me for my fully enclosed silent tiny dog, in my bag, on my shoulder, something many baristas and managers (even atthis store) are actually happy to see, and many have asked me if they can look inside to see her. Let?s me know that I have togo back out and leave my dog in the very hot car. Nope. I actually only walked in to order today to use store credit, because afew weeks back this same person couldn?t figure out how to refund a purchase with receipt back to my Starbucks card, and ?couldonly give me store credit?, which you can?t load onto the app like she claimed and must use in store. If this was just a one offexperience about the dog bag, I?d deal, but it?s not. I will say there have been some really great people who worked here, butmore often then not, recently, I get my coffee and the experience here makes me feel way worse than when I walked in. Both the guy and young girl working were sweet and fast. But the other lady in the mask was dressed very unprofessional look... dingy and had an attitude. I had my service dog with me she has just had a check up so her vest was in the car. The young manasked about my pup and I told him she is aswrvice sog and her best was in the car I could do get it. He said no worries but theother lady rolled her eyes and was complaining under her breath. She was so busy complaining under her breathtaking the guy thatshe didn't even read the drink sticker and made my drink incorrectly. $25 for 4 drinks and they messed up. There's room forimprovement. Everybody there is always so nice! I?ve known them all for years and they?re really good and sometimes there can be a line and... that?s not their fault but they?re generally pretty quick. I always do a mobile order though that way my order is ready wheneverI get there. I need to head back there soon but I don?t live close to there anymore so I haven?t been back in a little bit. ButI will be going back soon because I miss the girls and guys there, they are all awesome ???????????? Read more
