Consistently incredibly slow. Don?t try to go inside if the line is long to save time, you?ll wait even longer but enjoy the... smell of sewage for your trouble. 25 minutes for an order of nacho fries and probably got 12 fries. Tried this location twice while tending to my ailing mother; So good enough the first time & 2nd made it worthy of review. Sammy... Hagar era Van Halen (5150) queued the feeling today ~ Can the Best Of Both Worlds really exist in a world in transition? Depends on how you take it, eh? I'll say 1986 could be the build date on this outparcel ~ stucco on the outside, weird tileaction on the inside. This location got the pre-covid furniture overhaul, 4 self order kiosks, a paint job (the beige ceilingtiles don't look bad), and the self-serve drinkerator. What's funny is how precision marks this one: there's no green Mt. Dew atthe drive through window so every order (there are many) is walk out front to fill. That drive through should be a DMV testtrack. The show from inside watching all the poorly driven cars circulating is worth a combo meal. I learned that there isanother TB elsewhere on 6 forks, Dashers please make sure you are picking up from the right one. The crew here is what standsabove the odd architecture, goofy drive through lane and end of in person interaction. They're chatty, want to do well, andseem to chuckle a bit at the irony of it all. The fact you have to use the kiosk is cool with me and all if they kept it clean. Long wait times in the drive thru. Narrow... drive thru. Employees were nice and seemed to care about the job so that's the only reason for the second star. Step up thecleanliness it'll go along way. Read more
This Taco Bell has gone down hill fast. We were in the drive thru line for 45 minutes and because of how it is set up, you can?t... just leave out of line. It is not the workers fault they are under staffed. Management needs to get this figured out. Read more
We used to love this location. The staff was friendly and the food delivery was prompt. I realized that the pandemic has... affected many restaurants, and I try to give lots of grace. This location seems to be circling the drain at this point.Employees rarely, if ever open the inside of the restaurant, and if they do, they are openly hostile to anyone coming in toorder or pick up food. Mine wife and daughters were locked in as the managers screamed at employees who forgot to lock the doorduring dinner time. As I sit in the drive they waiting to pick up my mobile order, there is a sign on the door once againalerting customers they must go through the drive thru to be served. Read more
Horrible experience. I ordered through drive thru (took more than 5 minutes) and then when I went to the window to get my food I... wanted more than 10 minutes for my food. The food was not edible whatsoever. A complete waste of money. I?ve never had this badof experience from a fast food place. They actually made me feel bad for ordering food. There are no employees to take your order and must use the Kiosk to make your order. (The screens on both Kiosks were dirty.)... The amount of time it took to receive our food after ordering was terrible. (18 min) The food was good, but not worth the wait. Read more
I know that any restaurant will have good days and bad days. I have had some less than 5 star experiences at this location but... nothing worth talking about. This last one was fantastic! The lines were long, but the people I interacted with were friendly,kind, and fun. One gentleman in particular had the biggest smile and it was infectious. He seemed like he was having fun and itmade the whole experience better. Read more
