I want to start by saying I understand everywhere is short staff. This location on the other hand needs to learn face to face... customer service. There is no sign telling you that the drive-through is online app water's only. About a week ago I had waitedin the line for a good 15..20 minutes to get to the speaker then they tell me they're only accepting App orders. Today I stoppedin there after work to order a burrito which was messed up when I did receive it after waiting 27 minutes. They were focused onnothing but the online orders and getting them out. I personally would tell everybody to avoid this Taco Bell at all cost. I ama storm manager myself And very disappointed in the customer service.. Read more

This place is great if you want to wait 30 minutes for a freeze and cinnamon twist! On top of that before you even get your... food there already waiting too kick you out to close the dinner at 7:30 pm! DO NOT COME HERE! THIS STORE NEED TO BE RESTAFFED! Read more

Horrific drive thru experience!! I made a mobile order 15-20 minutes before arriving and still waited 45 plus minutes in the... drive thru!! Tons of people waited in line only to find out it was mobile order only. I literally kept turning my car offbecause it would take at least 7-10 minutes for them to get food to each car!! I use to love this location but after today I'llnever go to this location again even if it's closer to my house!! Fast food that takes 45 minutes is absolutely absurd!! Alsoof note, the dinning room is completely closed too so the only people they are serving are mobile orders in the drive thru!! Read more

This is the third time I have been here and the order was wrong. I have to sit for 20 minutes in the drive through to get my... order but wrong then have to sit for another 20 minutes to have them replace the wrong items. Honestly I don?t mind waiting ifthe food is hot fresh and correct. I?m done with this Taco Bell. I?ve lost to much time and money. Read more

Gotta be the worst Taco Bell in the area. Ordered online thinking it would make things easier. Show up 10 minutes after I order... and they say its gonna be another 45 minutes?.with no other customers in the restaurant. Leave, come back, pick up the food. Thefood I have doesn?t even make sense. Crunch wrap supreme got beans in it instead of meat, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no cheese andsome sour cream. All the other tacos were wrong as well. This is the worst restaurant in the area. I'm not going to do requests from this Taco Bell anymore because of how long it takes... them to get your order out. It takes too much time to do a request here. You can see the size of the staff-team in the photo andthis place is a mess. Other delivery drivers should avoid doing requests here. Read more

Went into restaurant with only 2 cars in parking lot and a few cars in the drive thru and ordered one taco and a drink, 30... minutes later I had my items. Not what I would call speedy. They were very kind and apologetic. They actually put an extrataco in the bag and gave me coupons for 2 more free tacos. If they wouldn't have had a good attitude, I would have given only 1star. This location switched to a new mobile order only method, meaning you can only order food through the Taco Bell app (are they... all like this now?). I had a terrible experience with this app ordering. For one, I had no idea so myself and many otherspulled up to yhe drive through order mic and then the workers are read to tell you on speakerphone that it?s mobile order only. OK, so I left immediately the first time because I just wanted food and though it was preposterous that they wouldn?t take myorder. The second time I was ready and wanted to try the mobile ordering. I chose drive-through pickup. When I pulled in theyweren?t ready and had me pull over to a parking space to bring out. It took too long although the worker was kind and explainedthe ice machine was flying by the seat of its pants? Anyway, they seemed to be rushing around, unable to take orders so prepand delivery to vehicles, took longer than expected for fast food, and when I got home I noticed they forgot to add chips to thechips and cheese, so I had a big clear container with a puddle of cheese in the bottom. Whoever made the sudden call for mobileorders only should probably be fired. At least train your employees better. Put up some better signage. Maybe wait untilbetter marketing has gone out. This was a mess and the manager, or higher level operations people should be held accountable.This had the signs of a hasty decision that is seemingly unnecessary. Read more
