BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING HERE. They will 100% scam/trick you when placing an order. I ordered my smoothie and they hit the green... for me and didn?t tell me they gave themselves a 15% tip WITHOUT ASKING ME. And when I reached for my receipt she snatched it,crumpled it up and threw it away. EDIT: The company tried to discredit me by saying they would never do that and that I couldcall them. THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. They responded instantly to my review and they refuse to answer my phone calls or callback when I left a message. All the company is doing is proving that they are aware that their employees steal and want topretend like they?re doing something about it. Read more
This shop has steadily been going downhill over time. Today there was a strong unpleasant odor inside, it took way too long, and... the smoothie I always order was just terrible (bland, tastes like dirty water, strange color, runny/foamy consistency).Literally undrinkable, if I had another 15 minutes I?d have asked them to re-make it. I ordered online just to show up and find the place wasn?t open. I waited even though I had already received a text saying my... order was ready (but they weren?t open yet?). I picked up my food and went home. I always get the same smoothie but this one wasliterally not edible due to the amount of ginger in it and it was the consistency of water. I also got a breakfast wrap. When Ibit into I was overwhelmed by the smell and taste of burnt plastic. I?ve been coming to this location for years but lately it?sreally gone downhill. I will drive to the Cary location instead since their survive and quality is always exceptional. I suggestanyone else do the same. Read more
My family and I ordered delivery from this location tonight and I was so disappointed in their food. I order from TS frequently... and have never had an issue. However, the 3 quesadillas and 1 avocado grilled cheese was awful, we had to throw it all out. Theavocado grilled cheese had sour avocados, quesadillas were hard and not cut in fours. We were missing all of the salsas weordered, even extras. The chicken pesto was cold but edible. The only good thing we had were the 2 smoothies. When trying to getcustomer service through the app, you have to submit a request with comments and give your info. So now, after spending over $50in food I have to wait and hope for the best. I loved the smoothly called Balanced Fusion. It has roasted banana, chia seeds, oats, dates, coconut and strawberries. It's... great in taste, flavorful & healthy. They have different kinds of smoothies. They have breakfast, lunch & dinner menu too. Read more
Angela's customer service was amazing. I was not able to come into the location because I had my baby in the car with me.... However, Angela really took care of me. She took my payment over the phone and she brought the food out to me because I was notable to leave my car. This is quality customer service that you do not receive everywhere and it is an amazing feeling when abusiness like this hires people like Angela who displays care through her actions. I just recently started ordering from Tropical Smoothie Cafe because I was looking for healthier meals. The smoothies are... wonderful, and once I tried the Apple Kale Slaw....I was hooked. My disappointment with the order I placed today is the portionsize I received with my order. I literally got one fork full (what you see is all I got). I'll try one more online order, andif the portions are not sufficient, I'll have to discontinue ordering online. Hope it doesn't come to that. Other thanthat...good place to eat. Read more
