I ordered a Biggie Bacon Classic meal. Typical Wendy's food. the day I went they were having HUGE problems in drive-thru... getting orders out and correct. Everyone was frustrated and unprofessional which that showed to customer. HOWEVER who ever wasmaking the fries, NEEDS to STAY making fries. Perfectly golden brown on outside, tender hot on inside. AND the LADY that MADEmy burger did a GREAT burger. Right amount of mayo, onion, lettuce,(Course I would have added more bacon. But that's just me)everything stayed together from first bite till last. ???????? The REST of the employees need to retrained. The cleanliness ofrestaurant was poor too. Cleaning bottles and rags left out on tables. Another example of frustrated employees and badmanagement. I will be going somewhere else in future. Read more
I always enjoy taking my family to this Wendy's. The customer service is always topnotch and the food is hot and made to order.... Naturally there's a bit of a wait when in the drive through, and they could benefit from opening the second drive through line.Other than that I never hesitate to visit this Wendy's when there is a 4 for $4 request in my household. I ordered on the app so I just pulled up to drive through and told them I had a mobile or. I gave them my name and I got my food... right on time and the staff was very friendly. My fries were so hot that I had to let them cool down some before I ate them. Thefood was hot and fresh. Great service and the food was delicious. Read more
The fries are super hot, love that. However after we were handed our food and she closed the window I waited and asked for... straws and ketchup she handed me straws and said ketchups in the bag. Well guess what wasn?t. All we ordered was two frosted andtwo fries for 10 bucks. I should have waited and checked at the window but she made me feel rushed and I left. Read more
Showed up about 9:50. Got my food at 10:30. Restaurant was basically abandoned and when I finally got to the window to get my... mobile order their was a group of kids running around and playing behind the counter. I understand needing to take your kids towork with you at times but they shouldn't be interrupting the already aggregiously slow operation. We love, love this Wendy's!!! Been going here for 3 years now and even during this covid time. ALL of the EMPLOYEES have always... been so nice, even when I place large online orders! And the FOOD is always sooooo delicious and they always give us the correctorder. We order breakfast and lunch here and the food is always perfect! Thank you so much!!! Read more
Don?t know why it?s called fast food. Waited 30 mins in the drive through line just for some cold food. I?m guessing they only... have 2 workers working on a Saturday night at 8pm. The inside wasn?t opened either. That should be advertised somewhere sopeople are aware. I recommend if your in this drive through more than 5 mins just drive off unless you want to wait for 30 minsfor some cold food. Read more
The first 8 times there they got our order wrong and we even had to wait on our order over 10 minutes. There is a Hispanic lady... who usually works the drive thru early morning and she had the WORST attitude ever! Needless to say my husband's order is a bitextra, but all she is doing is ringing it in, I could see the attitude if she personally had to make it every morning but shedoesn't. I'm pretty sure she is a manager or supervisor of some sort, which makes it even more unpleasant because we have no oneair our grievance too. Also there hasn't been one time in the months we have been going where the inside of the store isactually open! There is no sign saying inside closed do to short staff or anything, just always locked. Unfortunately this isthe closest Wendy's that we can make it to for breakfast. Read more
