I go to this Wingstop often and they get my order right 98% of the time which is really good considering the service industry is... dead. They are pretty consistent and the ordering is a breeze on that app. I'm greatful considering how short staffed theyalways seem to be. Still good spot will keep going here. Read more
Currently experiencing the worst food poisoning Ive ever had in my life. Fever, Diarrhea, vomiting all from having Wingstop last... night. Got a typical 10 piece combo (mild and Louisiana dry) and the food has made me sick as a dog. Not sure what is going onat this location but this is unacceptable and I won?t risk my health for this. Do not recommend at all. Spoke to acting manager Angela who could careless about this place. I tried to explain to her our food... wasn?t prepared correctly. I was told call back the next day and if I wanted to post do it. Not too sure what is happening withthis place. Poor customer service the food was over cooked and. This location does not answer the phone after 10pm. About a month ago after picking up our order, we realized the left out 5 of... our wings and when we called to tell them about it they didn?t answer so we just left it alone even though it was only 11. Lastnight the app wouldn?t let us order, it said the store may be closed even though they close at 12am. No one answered the phoneat all. I have to constantly go back inside because they either didn?t add seasoning or they got the order wrong. Read more
My experience lately has been the food is good however, the customer service is not the best. When I walked in they immediately... said I have to order online, so I did it and it came out in about 25 minutes but I previously tried calling 5 times prior and noone answered the phone. While I was there the phone rang off the hook, so I am under the impression they do not take any phonecalls. I also noticed it was only the cooks there and they were working extremely hard. I'm guessing this is more of amanagement issue, but if they could just hire one person for customer service at this location it would help. Read more
My medium wings were fried extremely hard and with way too much grease in my container. I came back in to ask them to be remade... and the girls response was ?I can remake them but they?ll come out the same?. I absolutely hate this location and was remindedwhy I stopped coming here. Read more
I called this location, while on speaker with my family, i tried to ask if they had wings as many restaurant locations were out.... The unprofessionalism that me and my Friends went through literally stunned us and then they hung up before completing ourorder.
