Firstly, I'll say this visit was not a typical experience for this location. However, I think there are things to be learned... here. I know I'll be back, and I know Google will ask me to update my review. We ordered ahead in the app. Arrived to pick upthe order and it was ready and waiting for us. When we looked in the bag, we saw the fries were missing. We mentioned this andthey produced their order ticket, which looks like it got cut off in the printer - so they only saw an order for 10 wings, not20 wings and fries - as indicated by our receipt. So, they said they would make the other wings and the fries. Now, Iunderstand that orders are typically filled chronologically, but in the case of an error or mistake such as this I would haveexpected our correction order to be bumped ahead in the line. This was not the case, we watched while several other orders weremade, and picked up. After 20 minutes since the mistake was identified we asked for a status. The team member went to the twopeople preparing the orders and said ours was almost ready. We got the rest of our order and went home. I cannot say anythingnegative about the flavor since they all tasted as expected. But, in a scenario like this I would like to see the staff be sureto place the corrective order at the front of the list, and if things are going to take this long offer to remake the ones thatwere correct since they are now getting cold while we wait. This store is generally always busy, and we are so glad to see abusiness doing well. This particular staff member has always been helpful, courteous and visibly a quality worker all the wayaround. Tonight they were no more/less busy than we normally see, but overall things didn't seem to be operating as efficientlyas we have seen other times. On-line order provided and estimated 16-21 minutes to complete. Upon arrival 20 minutes after placing order I was informed it... would be an additional 25 minutes. Seems to me they need to update their estimation calculator so they are not wasting customerstime. Read more

I love the corn and rolls. Those are the two items that I go the most for. The food is always hot and ready and the customer... satisfaction is great. I have to go at least two times a week and I m so glad they came to Fuquay-Varina. Read more

App said ready in 20 minutes, but it was not ready until 40 minutes after that. Mediocre buffet style flabby wings, not the... crispness I'm use to at other Wingstop locations. Good customer service. Read more

Excellent and courteous employees together with delicious wings makes for a worthwhile stop. The two flavors of coating I chose... (garlic parmesan and Hawaiian) were tasty and my husband also enjoyed his own choices (hickory smoke barbecue & Louisiana rub).Though I?m not a fan of spicy hot food, next time we will try something higher on their heat scale. ????
