Tried to use the drive-thru. Sat there for a few minutes but no one took our order. Drove to the front to make sure they were... open which they were. Tried the drive-thru one more time but still no one took our order so we left. Also no sign was up statingit was out of order. Read more

On Sunday, June 19th, my sister and I came in to the Subway in Ralston 10 minutes before close unknowingly. We took two steps... into the door and the employee working at the time threw her gloves across the counter and loudly muttered ?10 minutes beforeclose?. We just left after that to not cause any problems. I don?t usually go into restaurants before they close anyway out ofcourtesy, but she could have handled that a lot better. It made us really uncomfortable, and was really poor customer service.We won?t be coming back. Read more
I was their 05-17-22, around 10:15 a.m. Whoever the young girl was that was working was very rude and didn't greet nor was she... inviting. If you're gonna hire young people make sure they have manners and are respectful. Read more

We ordered three 6-in sandwiches, and they were ready about a minute after we pulled up to the window. They were really good;... the road was fresh, so were the vegetables. The only really weird thing was that right around the corner from themenu/communication kiosk on the back side of the building was the drive-thru window. If you're going to go through thedrive-thru, you're going to want to pull forward and sashay around once so that you don't run into the side of the building whenyou're trying to turn. Read more
Subway is a great fresh food option for those looking to get something quick and affordable. The 72nd location is clean,... spacious, and offers lots of parking. They offer a drive thru for those on the go. This location also houses a Goodrich icecreamand It is never to slammed over the lunch hour. Read more
