This place has never been fast or really good service however they?re the only thing open after a certain time. Last time tho we... sat I. The line for almost 45 minutes and when we finally got our order it was t even fresh no offer of a discount or anything! Read more
Slow. Definitely not "fast food". Over 30 minutes in the drive thru, and the food was cold. Either Jack in the box needs to hire... more employees, or hire employees who actually work. By the way, I had a mobile order...I will never stop at this locationagain. Read more

So disappointed with our drive through order on Christmas Day. We were starving after our long hike to Cedar Falls Creek and... glad that Jack in the Box was open. When I opened the box for 6 chicken tenders at home, the pieces were very small and one ofthe pieces was SO SMALL! We don?t live in Ramona so it wasn?t worth the time to go back. I appreciate that they are open duringChristmas BUT this is unacceptable. Read more
