I literally hate reviewing places but I?m so peeved by this experience. I ordered with my friends. The friend paying ordered a... frap. My other friend and I ordered two venti ice chai tea lattes. Immediately ordering noticed that the woman taking the orderwas extremely snooty (I thought maybe this is just how she talked). But as we stood to the side waiting for our drinks. Inoticed that wasn?t the case, they were complaining about making our drinks and working right in front of us. Not at all okay.And after maybe 5 minutes standing there beside the stand we noticed our drinks were already made and they didn?t tell us. Whenwe went to grab them there was only 2 drinks. The frap and one chai tea latte? The woman ordering was too busy with the factthat she had to work and not close early like other retail places apparently that she could hear us mention we wanted two chaiteas, even though we mentioned it twice. I've come here probably at 4 or 5 times in the past two and a half weeks and I have the same cashier every morning and while she... might not be too talkative she is very nice and really smart she remembered my order and had it ready for me before I even paidand that was really helpful because I'm on my way to work Read more
I'm sorry, but unlike the majority, I'm not in love with the SB experience. Waiting in a huge line for an overpriced sugar drink... doesn't qualify as my recommended routine. I would rather see you support the smaller independent guy for your daily cup of Joe. Read more
Ordered an iced green tea unsweetened, they didnt shake my tea like theyre supposed to , instead the lady working Jodi, who... wasn't very friendly at all , gave me a room temp tea, sitting it on the counter saying "your tea" all irritated. How was Isupposed to know when you never asked my name for my order & there was a good sized line... The tea had maybe 2 chunks of ice init that instantly melted when i walked outside. Read more
Me and my husband went to get coffee he ordered a Caramel mocha with no whip cream, we got a black coffee with ice. We were... pretty disappointed cause we gave a big tip for working during this pandemic and we never go to Starbucks. Read more

Every drink we've ever ordered has been excellent , For laptop users little more ( would not hurt) space for WiFi free ... customers just to surf the web. Also pretty clean for breakfast , lunch rush. So many Customers comes thru quickly and theyhandle it in stride....thanks for all the hard work guys and gals... Read more
Absolutely the worst service imaginable ! I have been to this store on and off for two years and it has never been pleasurable.... The employees never smile nor make eye contact.
