I don't ever post bad reviews but since this has happen multiple times I will.... my husband talked me into trying Wendy's one... more time bc I was craving a chicken sandwich. So I agreed and we went through the drive thru... ordered a bacon hamburger withmeat, bacon and bbq sauce only... and a spicy chicken, No tomatoes (i cannot stand tomatoes on a chicken sandwich makes me throwup) add cheese and ranch.... well... not only was the girl completely rude and basically threw the bag of food at us shebutchered our order... the hamburger had pickles and mayo on it. My saandwhich was DRY, a tiny drop of ranch, 2 very largetomato slices that I bit into (my fault for not checking) and was completely smooshed looked like someone stepped on it. Wewill never be back nor will we ever recommend the ramona Wendy's ever again. Wendy's use to be so good and great quality. Nowit's worse then McDonald's or burger King. If you want proof that corporate fast food is a waste of money, look no further than the fact that this restaurant, which shares... a shopping plaza with a grocery store, has been ?out of lettuce? for over a week. As far as the food, it?s standard Wendy?sfood. If you?re into that, this place will satisfy you. Unless you want lettuce. Read more
Manager has a real attitude problem, she was upset because I tried to use my EBT in the drive through mind you it's about 8pm... and she told me I have to come it to use it so I did and then she made me wait another 5 mins to process my order when it wasalready made and in a bag and rolled her eyes when I told her thank you. Their angry,violent manager named SAM screamed at me and I did nothing wrong.he came out of his office screaming!LEVI refused to... ring up frostys on 2 transactions since he woupd give me 4 boo book frostys on 1 receipt and LEVI escalated the situation so badthat SAM exploded!I'm scared to even go there ever again.SAM is a large,intimidating being (no man cause men dont treat womenthis way)and the folks behind me didnt want to order cause he was screaming at them to "just order"!they were appalled at how hewas treating me and they were holding their children back as if to keep him away from them!WAITING ON THE GM TO CALL MEBACK..STILL WAITING..ISNT SUPRISING CONSIDERING THEY HAVE EMPLOYED A TICKING TIME BOMB!And SAM thinks he can treat women in thismanner.just AVOID RAMONA WENDYS.we enjoy the one on Scripps parkway!there is no angry giant that calls himself a professional oreven human.we don't treat people that way SAM.welcome to society SAM where we control our emotions and don't scare little womenin a wendys.And LEVI needs an attitude adjustment and lots of training! Nice employees but they pretty much always forget straws and forks for salads. Was fine the first couple times but it?s starting... to get old. Good food though. Read more
Just remodeled the inside and it looks great. This Wendys is always busy. The staff has been friendly. Plus the 4 tor 4 deals... are the best deal ever. Tried the new ghost ranch sauce and WARNING that stuff has after kick! Enjoy. Read more
Great service and atmosphere. The food I'll rate at 4, reason is they were out of lettuce for the hamburgers. They dont tell you... until you are up at the 1st window and see a little sign saying "out of lettuce". Read more
