terrible costumer service. took 20 minutes for a drink i ordered online. and me asking two times.
Caribou, the only place I?m aware of that asks for tips before serving their product.
4 people working and not one of them are actually working... they couldn't figure out how to give change because they didn't... have any cash in the drawers.... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Do NOT come to this caribou!!! And the "manager" was to busy throwingaround boxes of frozen sandwiches and yelling across the store to help her employees.... Read more
The Staff is absolutely the Best! They greet you with a smile and are very welcoming. I don't live close but I will definitely... go out of my way to hit up with Caribou again! Not to mention the coffee was great as always!!! Read more
Polite and respectful store. They once made a big mistake with my drink, and offered to give me a new one along with a refund. I... couldn't care less about free stuff; all I know is I plan on swinging by here whenever I'm in the area based off of the respectthe workers give to their customers. Read more
Caribou is great! Only one small thing, often they overlook my request for light ice....no big deal it?s just that I want to... actually drink what I am paying for vs having a bunch of ice in my cup w/ a splash of coffee. Thanks guys! Read more

Walked in, 4 gals behind the counter, two looked up but said nothing. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come take my order.... Customer service is so far gone, and then they ask for a tip. High school kids with no respect or courtesy. Atleast say "we'llbe right with you" Read more
