Least favorite Caribou location. I've witnessed a manager yelling at the nice girls working there and that's not okay. I'll... place a drink order in the app before I get there, but never food, because this location seems to run out of things quickly orjust doesn't order when they're supposed to, so I always want to check in person if they have any food I want BEFORE I'vealready paid for it. I'm willing to negotiate on a drink if any ingredients for a DRINK aren't available, but FOOD is nevernegotiable. I don't want something else to eat and I don't want app credit I can only use there, I either want what I paid foror I want my money back! Read more

My mens bible study group of 6 meets weekly here.I only have hot chocolate as I'm not a coffee drinker but I like caribou's hot... chocolate as it doesnt have the coffee residue taste that other places have. The people working are fast and friendly and havecome to recognize my group and greet us as by name. Read more
To be honest all Caribou locations I visit do a good job, this one is the one I visit the most as it is on my way to work. All... staff are friendly and sociable and help make my mornings great. They always nail it on making my large iced crafted press withcaramel and white chocolate perfect!!! Read more
I love this Caribou and it?s definitely my ?go-to? location for my favorite Bou drinks. I stopped by yesterday and redeemed my... free drink. I tried the chocolate covered strawberry iced crafted press with oat milk and wow was it incredible! I was soexcited to hear too that with my free drink that I could have the XL size! The staff at this location are always so courteous,friendly, personable and smiling. I had a great short conversation with the gal at the window and the one who made my order. Have had mix ups with flavoring syrups, which is not a good thing if you are diabetic and you get a coffee with sugared syrup... instead of an artificial sweetener. For this reason we no longer go there. I've been through the drive through a few times withmy granddaughter, and service wasn't the friendliest. My granddaughter, on the other hand, loves it! Edited: though we still noloner buy coffee here, I continue to take my granddaughter for her favorite (green tea lemonade). Service seems to be betterthese days, so I wanted to update my review to reflect that. Read more
