I was at this Subway during Lunch hour rush yesterday 4/14/22. First time there. The line was long but they were staffed very... well. You could see the employees working together and I was not in the line long. The employees were nice but straight to thepoint. "what would you like?" Thank you for your business" love it. No fake endless talk but they were also nice. The restaurantwas also very clean. When the line went down, the employees were not standing around, they started to sweep and wipe down thearea. You don't see restaurants staffed well anymore. Not sure what MGT is doing to staff these people but kuddos to them. Read more
The little guy working here 9/29 at 4:30. Can't make a simple order for 2 people. If you don't put my other bag of chips and... soda in the bag I'm going to grab them myself. They always rush me no matter what time I come in at or how many people are/aren't in the store. One time I had at least 20... minutes before they closed and just wanted one of the cookies they already had out in the case, it took WAY too much effort toget someone's attention because nobody was watching the register... which... are y'all insane!? Do you not care about storesecurity? Someone should be able to see the register and know if anyone enters the building at all times the store if open. Thatis SO risky. And the guy was snippy with me when I was like, "I just want one quick thing." He said, "Can it be done in twominutes?" Like, seriously? What kind of response is that?? Anyway. I said "Faster than that, I just want one of those cookies,"and I got it and paid and left. It doesn't matter how close it is to closing time. There's no excuse to talk to a customer likethat. Asking what it is would've been appropriate, but putting a two-minute timeframe on it - with 15 to spare - in that tonewas uncalled-for. Read more

I came into subway on 8/2/21 around 7 and ordered a footlong ham sandwich by a Co-worker named Ava Evan?s she was very rude... first of all and made it super sloppy. She basically just threw everything in it and it was so messy. It wasn?t even good to eatand it?s my favorite order. Read more
I'm not expecting a whole lot from a Subway, I want to get in, order and get out. Simple. Unfortunately, this particular... location seems to have issues with doing the basics. Customer service is poor, proper glove handling wasn't in practice, and I'mfairly certain that I would have been able to make my own sandwich faster than the entire team here.
