Ordered a footlong online where they advertised 15% off any footlong. Unable to receive the discount but proceeded with the... order paid and received confirmation. I never received a telephone call advising me they were out of bread so unable to make asandwich. I was told that the managers often scale back on bread to eliminate waste at the end of the day and they often have totell people they're unable to provide their sandwich after it's been ordered and paid for. It gets better, I then was advisedthat he's also unable to refund my money but I can stop by another day maybe on my way home and get a free sandwich. I pointedout it's not really free when I've already paid for something they can't give me and refused to refund me for. The young man wasvery polite, and stated he's off and put in the situation but there's really nothing he can do and he has to go because thisphone is ringing. My advice .... Go elsewhere. Worst Subway by far!! Have ordered from them 3 times & wrong all 3 times. This last order really made me mad! I only received 3... out of the 10 items I ordered! I immediately called to tell them and didn't get anywhere! Door dash went back and forth withSubway. Subway said they would send me free coupons for another time. Great! I wanted the item's I ordered now! Never got onething from them! Then a Lady by the name of Misty emails me, tells me she is sorry and hopes I get a refund? Hopes?? Doordashtold me I Would. As did she. Never got anything. Don't ever order from this Subway, go in and order. You will never get whatyou ordered and never get reimbursed. Frankly, they don't really care! When you try to reach them by phone to let them knowabout the mistake, they quickly turn you to a message that says their mailbox is full! Never again! The people are so nice. I was having a bad day and went in with my mom to get dinner and they guy that made our food was just so... chill. The workers give off such a good vibe I felt better just standing there. I don't like the sandwiches too much but thesalads are good. 10/10 for good vibes. Read more
Good staff very helpful and quick. Accommodated our requests. There is ample of parking the restrooms are clean and it is... conveniently located in a strip mall catering to various other businesses. Ample staff to serve. They informed us about how thewheat flat bread has been discontinued and the subway is looking at the new flat bread that incorporates both wheat and whiteand is suppose to be healthy. Read more
