Horrible. The owners / management are so disrespectful & refused to send us missing items from our $150 order. I will NEVER... order from here again. The pizza was good but the owners response to such a small issue- was so disheartening. Missing itemshappens? all it took was a simple sorry about that- and sending over our missing items. This is the second time we ordered from Anthony Francos pizza at 8:30 and they promised us delivery within 35 to 40 minutes and... it was not delivered and when you call after 9pm they do not pick up the phone and they do not deliver your food I was veryupset this is the second time this happened do not order delivery after 9 PM you will not get it Read more

THE MOST Inconsistent Place!!!!! Last night was the worst.. ordered pie well done as always..told them three times well done... please. Not only was it not well done . it was cold and the salad that I ordered was handed to me by the driver who said oh thebag is wet but don't worry the pizza is fine I checked inside????. The salad was in a bag with the chicken parm sandwich. Thebag was dripping with oil and vinegar it was a MESS.....must HV held the bag upright. I HV no clue.. Dripped all over the box ofpizza. I called to complain and was not too happy with the so called guy in charge. He said if you want a new pie I'll pick upthe old one... Buddy!!! You can HV the old one. Then I was asked if I ate any of it????. Long story short the worst customerservice!!!!!!! Proper customer service is..I'm so sorry I will get you a new order immediately...don't argue with yourcustomer... Wish I could attach a picture but not sure how to. Read more

Hats off to Anthony Franco's, Ramsey. I recently catered a party from A.F. and hoped for the best. They were recommended to me... by a family member. I was PLEASENTLY surprised by the quality and quantity of food that was provided. The person at A.F. washelpful in directing me in selecting the food. The food was delivered right on time, and my guests were very happy with thefood. I highly recommend using A.F. in Ramsey for your next party, you will not be disappointed. I give them 5 stars! Let me start by saying that I have been ordering delivery from the Ramsey location 3-5 times a month since 2019 when I moved to... the area. Before that from the Paramus store. This place is honestly hit or miss, but normally I let it go. Not tonight.Iordered a WELL DONE pie at 9.25 PM. I was told 30 to 40 minutes which makes perfect sense for a WELL DONE PIE. I'm at least 8-10minutes from the restaurant, and not 15 minutes later I get a knock at the door. Long story short? This pie was an under cooked,Ice cold rubber biscuit. When I called to complain, I was confronted by the actual guy who made it. He proceeded to challengeand preach to me that the pie WAS cooked properly, and that he has been making pies for 13 years. My friend; I don't care if youhave been making pies for 13 minutes ( like mine). No one is perfect, and this time you messed it up. Insead of apology andowning it, I got a bad attitude from you. The owners should be aware that you lost a good customer tonight because of it, andanyone who may have been a referral from me down the road. Your pie guy needs to work on his communication skills or perhaps letsomeone a bit more diplomatic deal with the customer grievances. Terrible. Took over an hour for delivery. We ordered a chicken primavera..the chicken was undercooked and pink in color..and... side spaghetti was absolutely cold. They even forgot the dressing for our salad. Absolute Waste of money. Was unedible so threwit in the garbage. Not ordering from here again. Read more
