First time at this location. Just started a new job around the corner. Unfortunately the fries were half cooked and the Italian... chicken sandwich was cold. Not going back. I don't know if management has changed, but I am livid of this place. Normally, I go to the BK in Mahwah but they're closed... temporarily. First off, the manager of this place is very bitter; every time I am at the drive thru I am greeted rudely. Secondof all, they keep screwing up my order. I repeatedly have to come back into the lobby to correct the issue. Today, I have hadenough having to discover the mistake and then the same manager came up to me with a rude manner. Recently updated modern/clean Burger King. I like the coke freestyle machine with lots of choices. They have a cell charging... station for android and computer games for kids. Clean single person/private wheelchair accessible bathroom. Good location nextto interstate mall. 4 stars instead of 5 because seems understaffed so service is not as fast as typical burger kings. Rude staff, terrible food quality. One of the worst Burger Kings around. If you ask for a receipt they refuse to give you one.
