Upon arriving inside there was a foul odor. The person working took my order and the total was 3.89. She then asked me if I had... cash because it was a 4.00 minimum on the credit card. I told her no and she said I will charge you $4.00, and this would ofbeen okay if she had given us an appropriate amount of ice cream. She put one tiny scoop in a junior size ice cream. I absolutely LOVE Carvel soft serve icecream. I went here with family and wanted to buy everything , but landed on a simple... vanilla cup with multi colored sprinkles like I used to have as a kid.
