An off duty or arriving employee showed me where the unsweet ice tea was. I haven?t been here in years and I think with new... management this place is good. If you ask for extra chilies sauce they will allow this. The bowls are good as you can add whatyou like. The garlic guajillo steak was good. Not even worth giving a star! I ordered from this chipotle last night for dinner and I was absolutely disgusted! At first the... paper got caught in my mouth a couple of bites into the burrito bowl. It took me a few moments to stop gagging and to just tellmyself it happens. I proceeded cautiously and literally the next bite was the hard peel of an avocado. People have a certainlevel of trust when ordering from such establishments to get food without having to deal with inedible items getting caught inone's mouth. Ordered ahead of time on the mobile app! Order was supposed to be ready at 9:20pm but no orders were on the shelving. Several... people waiting and experienced the same. Ended up receiving my order at 9:40pm. Only 2 people were making the orders, one at thewalk-in counter and the other at the take out. The other staff did not help the two people at all. Also they ran out of sourcream and my order did not come with the receipt etc. Read more
This Chipotle, was clean, the food was fresh and delicious even at 22:00. The Steak bowl was really good. The crew was nice... through the whole experience and they did not stop working getting ready to close in a way that did not make anyoneuncomfortable. Read more
How do they give me someone?s Door Dash order inside the bag with MY name on it when our names aren?t even similar. I?m done... with chipotle. They tried giving me a free entree in the app to make up for it. Nope, I put a refund request in and I?m noteating from this entire chain any longer.
