My family and I use Lotitos for everything. The past couple of times it?s really gone down hill. I went with my husband for... lunch. We shared a sandwich, macaroni salad, and an empanada. We ended up throwing almost all of it out. The sandwich waseggplant, fresh mozzarella and roasted peppers. It was a wet, soggy, bland mess. The macaroni salad had way too much thick mayoit was not even edible, and the empanada that?s just Ortega packet taco meat tasted like it was fried in old oil. I decided togive them another chance today and immediately when I walked in the place smelled rancid. As I waited a while to be helped andfor my order that was previously called in, I looked around and saw a mess. Everything just grossed me out. The hot food stationwas a disaster. It looked like food that had been sitting out since the morning. There was food all over the counters. Therewere flies in the bakery cases. It was uncleanly and stunk to say the least. There were at least 5 staff members from what I sawand no one seemed to know which end was up. Customers weren?t being helped. It just was an overall disaster. We had a terrible experience at this place. Stopped here to get cupcakes for an event. The person assisting us mentioned them to... be 2$/ea. And after waiting for an eternity to pick up the order they charged $3/ea. And taste was no good either. I am nevergoing back here. Read more
Great deli been around for years. The Italian combo is phenomenal....with extra red wine vinegar of course! Breakfast sandwiches... are at least $2 cheaper than anyplace in town....and come on fresh baked rolls. Hot food every day...some things are every day,some things every week. PLUS fresh bakery items that you have to walk past on the way in that are all made on site....what couldbe better. Even at lunchtime when it's busy the line moves fast. Read more
I?ve been here a few times to pick out a box of delicious Italian cookies. I also love their fresh pasta, and I can?t walk away... empty handed from the case full of homemade ravioli or the rack of Italian delicacies. Usually I?m walking past their storefrontrunning priority errands next door, but I pause to ogle over the front-of-house prep station where they?re kneading dough. Todaywas another one of those days where I ran out of time and they were just closing, but their customer service made me stop andwrite a review. I was so impressed at the way two employees patiently and calmly handled a hostile mother who screamedslanderous and undeserved abuses at them regarding a misunderstanding over their closing time. It was painful to watch, but theynever threatened her or raised their voices to her bullying. The food and the convenience are appealing, but the service nowespecially draws me back. Read more
Picked a cake up for my son. Chocolate mousse, whipped cream, yellow cake. Was fresh and delicious. Black & white cookies... looked delicious!!! Next time! Highly recommend this bakery. I heard they also have amazing food too. Read more
