I ordered a cheeseburger with no onions. I got a cheeseburger with onions and no pickles. This McD never gets the order right.... Plus they are so slow. I usually go to McD in Mahwah on Rte. 17 S. Now they know what they are doing. The manager there is hardworking and knows how to run the business. Learned my lesson finally. I will only go to McD in Mahwah. Read more
Slow to the point of workers being sedated with some heavy drugs. To make matters worse, they?re out of essential items all the... time. For example, they didn?t have Apple slices and Apple juice for Happy Meal most recently. You need to always double checkyour order. Four out of five times they will mess it up. The inside area is messy with locators, napkins and food leftovers ontables and the floor. With all that they?re also slightly more expensive than other McDonald?s in the area. Ridiculous service! I hope this place goes out of business and this place does not come up on google map ever! Stopped there at... midnight for quick bites waited around 50 minutes to place the order, I was stuck between 2 cars so could not leave ! Read more
I like my local McDonald?s. The food is always fresh and they provide plenty of condiments and napkins. I?m happy with them.
Not truly 24 hours. Twice now, we have driven to this McDonald's in the early AM only to be turned away as location is... closed. As far as the food, it is as good as any McDonald's but they have made the order incorrect several times. Read more
If i could give this no stars i definitely would. On July 10 at 11:37pm i decided to get my PREGNANT self up and get a mcflurry.... When i arrived it took about 7 min for someone to take my order. (it was completely empty) when Someone finally answered I askedif I can order a Mc flurry and he told me the machine was broken. I advised him that every time I come around this time themachine is broken. His exact words to me was ?I don?t care? I replied saying what do you mean I don?t care and he told me it?snot his problem. I advised him I will be letting his manager know and he advised me he is the manager. I am beyond disgustedwith the service at this location. This person does not deserve a job here. The person responsible for staffing this place need to be retained along with some of the staff. After spending 3 minutes watch... going over what I wanted they still messed it up and left items off. We ordered two meal one with a smoothie and one without.After confirming our order paying for it, when we collect our food told them young miss at the window there is something missshe with her attitude you didn?t order that told her we did but I notice the young ladies at the other end took off because theycouldn?t understand us properly can we just pay her for it instead rather than rejoin the long line since it was amiscommunication with her attitude she said no, she can?t do that. What I don?t get is why would you place two people to takeorders that doesn?t speaks or understand English properly and the one that speak English properly rather than helping just givesattitude. I also know for a fact that she could have charged us for the smooth that her fellow coworker removed for our orderbut because she wants to act like someone forced her to work there she just give customers attitude. Literally waited 15 minutes on drive through. Ordered a fish fillet and was given a hamburger roll instead of the usual fish... fillet bun.Very disappointed. Will never return to this location. Read more
