Look at the most recent reviews... look closely there should be a TRENDS section and there you would have it. First, after... waiting a LONG time, I got my coffee order of 3 coffees, I realized that they shorted me 2 mediums for 2 larges and made themall the same size. Upon bringing this to their attention, they remade the coffees (or did they) after 10min I got the coffeeorder with some attitude as well as my mean order (which I did not check). When I got home 15min later... I found out that thecoffee was absolutely bland and tasteless, hardly what you expect from a Cinnamon / Caramel Crunch (with Whipped Cream) and aVanilla Late (all decaffeinated). Now, 2 of the drinks were marked decaf on the receipt but NOT on the printout) and these alltasted identical , no traces of cinnamon or whipped cream and no flavor difference. Panera hardly seems like fast food. Whether it is one of their signature chicken sandwiches, or my favorite the grill cheese... combo, it always feels like a healthy alternative to traditional fast food. Bakery items always seem fresh regardless of if itis pastry or bagel in the morning. Smoothies and their flavored iced teas are refreshingly good. Read more
I don't know what has happened to this place. Every single time I order chicken noodle soup with veggies, I get mostly broth, no... chicken and few veggies. I've had to return or refuse every single time. This past Sunday was no different, only this time, theperson behind the counter was rude and unapologetic. I will not order from here again... This Panera Bread is in a convenient location with plenty of parking in a useful shopping plaza. Ordering stations were working... and easy to use. My order was well prepared and finished quickly even though it was busy. This Panera has such a sad outdoorsitting area compared to other Paneras I?ve visited. Besides being unattractive, the area has no station for used dishes ortrays. Read more
The level of incompetence is mind blowing. Ordered a half turkey sandwich with soup and they put some horrible tuna-resembling... mush with tomatoes. I went back to ask for the correct one. Wait 5 min as orders after mine were prepared. Asked how muchlonger?5 more minutes of waiting and still nothing. Finally just asked for a refund. Read more
Ordered oatmeal two days in a row. First day I found a tomato in it, which I understand can happen due to the proximity of... ingredients to each other. So I decided to give them another try today...and ended up with 2 tomatoes and a piece of lettuce.ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE as this kind of contamination could be deadly to someone with food allergies. They ALWAYS run out of dark roast coffee. Have a pot ready in the back for morning customers so we don't have to wait. I can... understand if it was at 4:00 pm, but not at 9:30 am. Read more
